Services provided with the flat allow you to focus on discovering the city and maximize your pleasure!

Paris is a walker’s city and living Rue de Varenne will enable you to reach all the famous sightseeing places and museums by feet (among them: Musée Rodin at the end of the street, Musée du Louvre is 15’ walking, as are Musée d’Orsay, Notre-Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Sorbonne University, Tour Eiffel and so many more!).

Taxi station is situated at the corner of the street and the nearest tube station is two feet walking (M°Rue du Bac - ligne 12-, M°Sèvres-Babylone - ligne 12 and 10). There are also many bus stations around. Please note that Parisian public transports are very pleasant, useful and it is easy to find your way.

Linen and towels are provided. Maid service is included in the price (17 hours a week). Possibility to have your clothes washed and ironed on request. Possibility to have your shopping done by the maid…even if it is part of your trip to discover charming French food markets providing wonderful fresh products and typical atmosphere! (famous "Bio" market takes place every sunday morning very closed to the apartment, along the boulevard Raspail).

Please note that the flat is closed to all amenities including the finest parisian food store "La Grande Epicerie du Bon Marché."

Weekly Rate : $3900/week. Rate includes maid services 17 hours per week.
Your reservation deposit (i.e. 30 % of the total amount due), will
become your refundable Security Deposit. It will be sent back 2
weeks after your departure.
Please be aware that at the end of your stay, there will be a check-out
and money shall be kept from the Security Deposit in case of any
degradation in the flat or phone calls for a significant amount.
Full payment due 45 days before arrival.
