This exclusive, newly renovated house is the oldest in the village of Cadaques and dates back a thousand years or more. Its location is unique as it is only 15 minutes from the town of Cadaques and in the middle of the national Park. There are amazing views of the sea and there is not one house in sight.
House cleaning is available upon request and is recommended for weekly stays or longer so you and your family can truly relax and enjoy your vacation in this small paradise. The house is kept in extremely high standards. Cadaques provides excellent restaurants, clubs, bars, culture... Access is easy from airports at Barcelona and Girona (Spain), Perpignan (France).
The estate is reachable via a dirt road (four wheel drive car necessary) of four km. You enter via a metal gate where you are surrounded by olive, cyprus, eucalyptus trees. The house runs by generators and thus is totally self-sufficient. There is the main house, surrounded by a very large terrace which has all the outdoor furniture necessary such as beds, umbrellas, coffee tables. Dining table, large shaded area. The house is surrounded as well by beautiful green lawns and gardens with lavender and rosemary. There is a picnic table, area below an enormous fig tree.
One of the natural terraces has a natural water spring which provides water to the house. The house has just been totally renovated by the american owner. The lower floor has a large living room, entrance/dining room with fireplace, large fully equipped american kitchen, a small bathroom with shower. The second floor has an enormous master suite, a guest room, a third bedroom with fireplace, and a large American bathroom with bath, large shower two sinks.The master suite has an extra large king size( 2m40x2m) with its own dressing area with fireplace. The blue and white guestroom has 2 twins which can be made into a king bed( 2mx2m)with its own sink.
The third room has one single bed with a fireplace and its own entrance.There are actually 4 fireplaces in the house.There is a barbacue outside.
The entire house is decorated with asian wooden antiques as well as with local antiques. There are all the necessary comforts and a lot of charm. The house is totally isolated and so very private yet 15 minutes from the sea and village.
WE ARE MOST INTERESTED IN RENTING LONG TERM/ ANNUALLY for 1200 Euros monthly plus expenses........
