My family of 10 enjoyed the villa for the second year in a row recently. This home is awesome! We had a great time both years that we stayed and never had any problems. The home is well kept and has ample space for all. The property is located on a lake and we enjoy viewing all the wildlife in the area. Since I have small children, I especially appreciated the child safety fence around the pool and the child lock located on the back slider door. The parks are all very close (within 20 minutes) and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The owner is very pleasant to work with.We even befriended the lovely neighbors in the community and we look forward to coming back real soon.Recommended for: Families with young children.

This was our 4th year staying at the Zanghi's home in Clermont, and we are looking forward to our 5th next year! We always go with another family, and usually have between 6 and 8 kids with us! It's a great house for all ages, but the teenagers keep busy with the pool table, the pool and even play basketball with the neighborhood kids (who they have kept in touch with for the past 5 years!) The locations is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet and clean, the management company is friendly and helpful, and the owner is great to work with. Disney is right around the corner, and Universal Studio, Wet and Wild, Sea World etc. are about a 20 minute drive. The home itself is gorgeous, well stocked with pots and pans, towels, washcloths, bedding, utensils, etc. We have never had any problems with our booking, and always have a wonderful vacation. In fact, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else, and are looking for to our 5th vacation at this home next year! Thanks again for a great stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My family of 8 had a FABULOUS stay at the Villa in Clermont! We easily could have accommodated more of our family had they been able to join us. The location was wonderful! We were super close to Disney and were within a mile or so of a Wal-Mart and many other shopping locations. The lake on the back side of the house was peaceful and attracted lots of birds for us to watch. The house was well equipped with lots of cookware and appliances. We had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Dish towels and dishcloths were also provided. You will want to bring your own washcloths. The beds all had good firm mattresses and the rooms were spacious. It was great having so much closet space and storage for our belongings. Every room had it's own television (although we only watched tv in the living room). One Queen sized bedroom was located on the ground floor, as was one bathroom. If someone in your party is unable to climb the stairs, this would work well for them, as long as they are able to use a tub shower. The eat-in kitchen, living room and dining room all opened into one another and gave us plenty of room to spread out but still be together. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. As with all vacation rental homes, you will want to bring laundry soap/fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, trash bag etc. All these things can be purchased at the nearby Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens or Publix supermarket. If you like to cook, the galley kitchen is great for being able to be with your guests as you prepare the food. If you would rather not cook, there were many take out menus in the home and I would also recommend the Santa Fe Cattle Co. Steakhouse. Very reasonably priced with great food plus it's just up the road where 27 meets 192! Our only glitch with the home was the pool heat. We booked our stay pretty far in advance, and somehow the pool heat being turned on before our arrival was overlooked. The management company sent someone the next day. I might recommend a quick email or call just prior to your trip, if you have booked well in advance. It was unusually cool while we were there and the pool didn't get warm until just before our last day. Don't feel too sorry for us, we had plenty other things to do! We enjoyed the pool table, all the television channels and the broadband internet. We just traveled from DC area to Orlando for a family getaway. We found Magic playhouse to be just that a magical experience. The location was perfect in a quiet and respectful neighborhood. There was a Walmart and Publix just minutes away. And we were close enough to all the Disney parks and Universal Studios. We are so grateful to the owner for allowing us to use his house during our family vacation. Everyone had a great time and the house was perfect. Very spacious with plenty of room accomodation. It was fully equipped for all of our needs; we had nothing to worry about. This was definitely a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I just returned from vacationing in this home for 6 nights, 7 days. This home is very well kept and has more than enough room to accomodate up to 14 people. It is located in a short distane from Disney and other attractions. The only complaint would be we did not have internet access the entire stay and the televisions need to be upgraded, otherwise everything was Perfect. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone with a large group looking for a comfortable and room environment.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

last year my family and another family a total of 11 people stayed here. There was more than enough room and plenty for the kids to do. Not too far from the parks. Grocery store is very convenient. The owners rented us a bbq grill which was nice for cooking on those hot nights. We went in april and did not need the extra pool heat. The pool was warm enough. The house is kept immaculate. We all liked it so much, we are doing it again this year.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
