When we were first shown this fabulous 750-square-foot Paris apartment on the romantic Left Bank we took one look at the large balcony and view and bought it on the spot. We named it Chateau La Tour and, after a complete renovation, we are proud to offer this stunning apartment that features two bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, and a very rare oversized terrace with panoramic views of Paris from the cherished seventh floor! It's the perfect place to toast your arrival with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset at night.
At ParisPerfect, we pride ourselves in offering only those apartments that have the ‘Wow’ factor, and this Paris apartment rental is no exception. As soon as you first step inside you will be awed by the opulent atmosphere within. To your right is a modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, before you is a sandblasted glass dining table with chocolate brown leather chairs below a wrought iron and crystal chandelier, and to your left is the exquisitely decorated living room leading to the oversized balcony and views of Paris that few people are privileged to enjoy. You'll revel in gazing out over the Paris rooftops as you plan your day enjoying fresh croissants and cafe au lait every morning!
Paris and la vie Parisienne revolves around food, and the advantage to staying in our Paris apartment rental is that there are more open markets plus the famous rue Cler than any quartier in Paris. So you can shop for the freshest ingredients and already prepared dishes daily and enjoy fine dining at home at great cost savings. We stock all of our kitchens with the finest porcelain dishes, quality stemware, and the best utensils we can find along with every accessory we think you might need to prepare gourmet meals.
Having a kitchen and dining area are among the many advantages of staying in a Paris apartment rental, as you don’t have to go out for every meal. You can enjoy eating with family and friends without having to get dressed up every evening -- and dine to the most unforgettable view in the world, the Eiffel Tower.
Children (and adults alike) love buying fresh warm croissants every morning or choosing a special dessert after lunch or dinner at the patisserie only a few doors away. Our guests tell us that shopping for croissants and desserts is the best part of their children’s visit!
Comfort is paramount in this Paris apartment rental as evidenced by the finely made Italian sofa that converts to twin beds at night, the soundproof double-glazed windows adorned with decorative silk curtains with blackout linings, and the installation of air conditioning. Additionally, beyond the dining area are doors closing off the master bedroom and the hallway leading to the back bedroom and baths so those sleeping in the living room remain undisturbed.
The master bedroom features the highest quality extra-wide queen-size bed, French doors leading to the terrace, and an en suite bath with a full-size tub, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has two high-quality single beds with antique headboards and an angled skylight and seating area with a full-on view of the Eiffel Tower!
Bathroom two features a full glass-enclosed shower, toilet, and sink, so there is room for everyone to get ready.
At ParisPerfect, we strive to provide you with the experience of being in Paris throughout the Paris apartment rental. Elegant touches are everywhere, such as the Italian tile and heated towel racks in the bathrooms, the eclectic mix of modern and antique-style furniture, and the Provencal-style toile de jouy fabric of the bedspreads. We also provide the very best linens and towels, designer soaps for the bath, and a large selection of Paris guidebooks and other information about the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.
But wait . . . there's more! When you book with us you'll receive a comprehensive information packet about your Paris apartment rental, the neighborhood, and Paris so you can hit the ground running. One of our English-speaking greeters will meet you at your door to explain everything about the apartment and answer any questions you may have. And we have an on-site English-speaking management team available to you 7 days a week should you experience any problems. We doubt that will happen, however, because we also employ our own cleaning staff and maintenance team trained to our exacting standards. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop for a Paris apartment rental, but they can make all the difference in your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 8
We tried many Paris neighborhoods and the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 8
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

“The apartment was absolutely lovely. The terrace had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Watching the lights twinkle each night became the highlight of the evening. It was conveniently located to the metro and food markets. We used the kitchen extensively to cook dinners and found everything in working order. We would love to come back some day for another stay."

“We really enjoyed our stay. Paris is wonderful, very safe and friendly. Having this two bedroom apartment was great for our family of four and the balcony view is just spectacular. I think my favorite part of the day was in the morning, going to the bakery around the corner and picking up fresh croissants and quiche's to have with our coffee. Thanks Perfect Paris - we are already planning our next stay."

"A fabulous apartment in the most outstanding location. Now let me tell you about the view...The view of the Eiffel Tower from our lounge room, balcony and both bedrooms was simply magical. Not just a glimpse, but the whole tower better than pictured in the apartment photo's. Our beautiful two bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless and lovingly furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture. Everything had been thought of to make our stay perfect from the welcome basket to the restaurant recommendations, bus/train/taxi information as well as 'things to do'. Thank-you Paris Perfect, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish."

"We spent a week in Paris with our 2 adult children to celebrate my 50thbirthday. It was always my hope to be at the top of the Eiffel tower on my birthday, and so the dream came true! It was a trip of a lifetime and Paris Perfect helped make it a wonderful trip of memories. The view from Chateau Latour was breathtaking. We loved seeing the Eiffel tower from every room, especially at night when it twinkled. The apartment was in a great location and so close to the metro. We loved the neighborhood and everything we needed was right there. The apartment was perfect and we cooked in one rainy night, we liked it so much. Everything in the apartment was so easy to use and nothing we needed was missing. I look forward to our return, and will definitely be calling to stay with Paris Perfect again. Thank you so much for everything."

“Great Girlfriend's Getaway! My 3 girlfriends and I had the most wonderful stay in Chateau Latour! The detailed information package that we received before we arrived was invaluable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a substantial welcome package and a delightful hostess who took the time to explain everything fully. We were delighted with the accommodation which was beautifully appointed, clean and of course provided the most fantastic views of Paris. It was wonderful to come home to each evening after a long day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect for their professionalism and courteous service.....definitely worth a return visit!”
