There are two living rooms, one featuring a full-size pool table and an upgraded gourmet kitchen, complete with smooth-top range and wine rack. There is a double "Bank Shot" basketball game and PlayStation 2 to entertain the kids while parents relax.
The villa has a fabulous PebbleTec pool and raised spa with fiber-optic lighting. It is across the road from a lake and backs onto nature preserve with a magnificent view of huge trees hanging with Spanish moss. It is a true luxury home with no expense spared on upgrades.
