This is a great location in the Old Seagrove community, shaded by magnolia and live oak trees. Neighborhood beach access is about 150 yards down the unpaved road. Several restaurants, markets and shops nearby. Watercolor Crossing and Publix grocery store are less than a mile away. You can walk to Seaside and explore the great shops there, too.
The house easily accommodates a family gathering or a multi-family vacation with lots of space on two floors. The interior is bright and colorful with two large living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, screened porch and a large deck. All bedrooms and living areas have cable TV's, some with DVD or VCR players. The house has Wi Fi connection for high speed internet access. Upstairs are the main living area, kitchen, three bedrooms (two king-size and one queen-size) and two baths. The downstairs has a family room with direct pool access, wet bar (full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink) and three additional bedrooms (two king-size, two twin bunk sets) and three bathrooms. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper.
The large private pool (16 x 32) is surrounded by a tall privacy fence and can be heated on request for an additional fee. There is an outdoor shower near the pool. Parking is available for four cars, including two carport spaces. Saturday to Saturday rental during Summer season. |
