Romance, apartment in the heart of Paris, location, comfort and view say it all! This one bedroom apartment has been beautifully remodeled and you feel welcome the moment you step in the front door. It's unique because it has two beautiful views, of the Eiffel Tower from the living room and kitchen. AND of the golden dome of the Invalides from the romantic bedroom.
It's located in one of the most welcoming and safest neighborhoods in Paris, you can walk to Paris sites and landmarks. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom Paris rental sleeps up to 4 people in air-conditioned comfort. We have recently remodeled and decorated it with a charming French feel. The famous rue Cler market street is on the corner and you’re steps from the Eiffel Tower, its gardens and playgrounds. Our air-conditioned Paris apartment to rent is surrounded by sidewalk cafés, excellent restaurants that Parisians go to, chic shops, and bustling open markets.

Take the small elevator to the 6th floor and step into the apartment. Straight ahead is the large living room, with dining table on the right. You're immediately drawn to the fireplace and large french windows with beautiful Paris rooftop views! Look left and there is the Eiffel Tower, just a few blocks away. It's beautiful any time of day, but especially at night when the magic light show starts on the hour after dark!

The living room is decorated in creams and beiges with pale blue highlights. Find an extra long and comfortable sofa in the corner and large footstool to stretch your legs after a long day. The sofa converts to two single beds at night, more convenient than most sofabeds.

Two armchairs face the sofa and find a flat screen TV, stereo and free wireless internet for your use. Phone calls to the U.S. are free.

Look towards the large windows to see a modern wood and glass table imported from Spain. We love the fact that it easily expands to seat 8.

Opposite the living room and dining room is the beautiful open kitchen. The cabinets are a cafe' au lait color, with pretty hanging lights reflecting off the brown and copper colored countertops. Find refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer combination, stove, espresso maker, toaster and filter coffee maker -- everything you need for gourmet cooking.

Back to the entryway and step left to the newly remodeled bathroom. The beige walls highlight pretty coral paintings. The bathroom has a step in shower, sink, toilet and good storage.

Straight ahead is the large, romantic bedroom. The room has two large windows and beautiful Paris rooftop views. Look left and there is the INvalides Church, where Napoleon is buried. The piece de resistance is the bed, with antique style headboard and matching pelmet. Pale drapes frame the bed and an antique painting highlights the antique green tones. The bedroom is so cozy; you'll love the armchair where you can curl up and read a book next to the fireplace. On the left is a desk where you can work using our free wireless connection.
The curtains are in pale green and pink stripes, soft and welcoming.

You will simply love the neighborhood that surrounds the apartment. You are one block from the famous rue Cler market street, and you can see it from the living room windows. Market day is every day here and you are spoiled for choice. One of ourfavorite Patisseries is on the corner so you can step outside in the morning and buy warm, buttery croissants. We loved wandering around rue Cler, with its plethora of delightful food stores, flower shops, green grocers and outdoor cafés.
You're walking distance to museums and monuments and just across the river is the world class shopping of Ave. Montaigne and the grands Couturiers. You can even enjoy 3 star dining at the Four Seasons George V across the river and know that you're staying in a romantic apartment that is half the price of their smallest room!

When searching for a beautiful and well-maintained apartment in the center of Paris for your vacation, look no further than our charming apartment!

Sorry, but this is a non smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.

Simply Spectacular - Romantic Paris Apartment, Great Location!

Year Purchased: 2009

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 6

After moving to Paris, we tried many Paris neighborhoods and the decision was simple; the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy about Paris! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 6

My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!
