VILLAGE PLACE is a luxurious new cottage located in the new quaint community of Old Florida Village in Santa Rosa Beach. This Seaside style neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes is located on a quiet private street on the north side of 30A and the cottage is located at the end of a culdesac which is great for families with small children.
Its location, makes it a convenient stroll (half mile or about 1000 yards) to the nearest beach access where you will find public parking; clean restrooms and available beach service.
Village Place has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps up to ten comfortably in one king-size, one queen-size, two twins, a day bed that can be used as two twins or a king, and one queen-size sleeper sofa.
The interior was designed by a professional interior designer with custom tile in the living area, kitchen and detail applied to the master bath with shower seat and two shower heads. Televisions and DVD/VCRs in all four bedrooms and the living area provide plenty of entertainment options for all members of the family.
And for the internet junkies or those who cannot leave home without their office, there is cable internet access with a a convenient desk in the living area. The sparkling granite and stainless kitchen is a chef's delight with all the necessary cooking accessories.
Two porches off the living area and master bedroom allow for enjoying the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, gulf breezes and barbecuing on the grill. An outside shower provides a quick clean up for family members after a day at the beach.
Just steps away from the house are one of the two pools and shopping and dining is within walking distance. Across the street from the neighborhood is Goat Feathers, a great seafood restaurant treasured by the locals and tourists alike.
Shopping boutiques, bistros and restaurants, an ice cream parlour, summer concerts, a Rave Motion theater, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options on the village green at Gulf Place Caribbean are just a short walk.
Golfing on the beautiful 18-hole Santa Rosa Golf Club with two holes overlooking the gulf is less than two miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them at Gulf Place to take advantage of 18 miles of bike paths along the secenic emerald green gulf.
Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin/Destin. Watercolor, and Seaside are just eight miles down the beach highway.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within five days of making reservation. Full rental amount plus Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee.
If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
Payment
$125 cleaning fee and 11% tax, $60 administration fee is added to rate. 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form. If a guest prefers payment by credit card, Paypal will be used with a 2.9% surcharge added. No damage deposit is required, however a credit card (Visa or MC) number will be requested at the time of booking regardless of method of payment to be used in case of damage. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurance, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
