This brand new 3300 square foot 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home has all the amenities you would want on vacation.
The main home has 2800 square feet with 4 bedroom and 4.5 baths. The home has outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. A lot of woodwork on the walls and ceiling.
Great Room:
The great room has a 35 inch high def LCD tv. Off the kitchen and great room you will find a screened in porch looking out to Point Washington State Park. After a day at the beach come back and enjoy a cook out.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end appliances. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas oven, and Bosch dishwasher. The laundry room also has a Bosch Washer and Dryer.

Bunk room with the bottom being a full and the top being a twin. Each bedroom has a door to a porch or private balcony.

Watercolor Community
You could not ask for a better location in Watercolor. Just a 1 minute walk to the pool. A short stroll to Camp WaterColor or the tennis center. The walk to the beach club and the beach is a short stroll.

We just returned from spending Christmas week at your home in Watercolor....208 Bluejack... and what a wonderful time we had! Your home is beautiful... even better than the photos.... and was such a perfect fit for our family! We did lots of entertaining and found the kitchen/family room to be amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace since the weather was very cool! We found the location of the home to be very good, too... with Publix just around the corner and Bud and Alleys so close. It was very nice to be only a short bike ride to the shops and resturants of SeaSide. Looking forward to returning when the weather is warm and we can take full advantage of the pool and beach!!!! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a fabulous week. The house was spacious and absolutely beautiful. We had our family of 6 and 2 more visitors came and went, and we could not have found a better home. The decor is peaceful and elegant, and extremely spacious. The location was quiet, and yet in a wonderful neighborhood. All the porches were appreciated! The beach and pool are an easy bike ride or stroll. We loved this area because of it's safety and location convenient to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Loved walking around and biking the entire WaterColor area. We have stayed at many locations on 30A in the past 18 years, and this is by far the best place ever. Honestly, the best "vacation" we have had. We could not have asked for a better home. Don't tell too many people, because we'd hate to have this home booked when we come back again!

We just returned home from a stay at 208 Blue Jack Street and LOVED IT! The home was very inviting, clean and perfect for our vacation needs! It was also close to the pool, which worked out great for our children. Heather and Shane were excellent to work with! They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly! We will definitely be returning for many years to come! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

This was our second year at Bluejack in Watercolor and it is our favorite vacation house. It is such a beautiful home - the gourmet kitchen is my favorite room! We love riding the bikes to the beach or walking to the nearby pool. We highly recommend it!

We had a girlfriend's getaway at 208 Blue Jack in WaterColor. The home could not have been more lovely. Spacious, warm, and inviting with all the amenities of home at our fingertips. Wonderful neighborhood. We are already looking forward to renting it again with our family.

Nice house with a few annoyances. A home is being built next door so don't bother trying to take a nap while on vacation. Freezer door is nearly impossible to open, takes two people. Beds were comfortable but VERY noisy.
Owner response:I'm very surprised to see this review. I did not hear from the guests all week. The construction in WaterColor has never been an issue. From time to time there is always a home going up. As for the appliances, we have a Subzero which tends to be sturdier than the normal household refrigerator. Over the years Heather and I have had over 150 happy guests stay in our WaterColor home. It has been part of many wonderful memories and moments for families.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
