Villa Andaluz was completed in 2004 and is elegantly furnished with a floor area of 450 square metres, providing the ideal background for guests to unwind from their busy lives.
On each of the three levels of the villa, there is a sitting room or seating area, as well as a kitchen or kitchenette, and these take in the best of modern technology to ensure that time spent catering is truly effortless and enjoyable. In addition, the well appointed terraces offer stunning views over the surrounding area and Mediterranean Sea and at the same time, offer a place to eat al-fresco.
There are four double bedrooms, some with two single beds and in addition, a sleeping area for two children, so that the Villa can easily accommodate an extended group of ten. The classic beds with glamorous cushions and soft furnishings, help to provide the best in boudoir chic, while the three bathrooms are simply an invitation to enjoy your own individual "pamper space." The Villa has been generously equipped with all the "mod cons" and includes air-conditioning, underfloor heating and open fireplaces.
Villa Andaluz is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and the privacy is enhanced by an automated gate leading into an entrance courtyard, capable of supporting a fleet of cars. The charming rear garden is set in traditional terracotta paving, surrounded by grass, shrubs and mature trees, with a captivating loggia and a heated swimming pool, eight-by-four metres in size. The Villa is suitable for use all year round, as if the pool cover is used during the low season, the temperature of the water will have a daily temperature of 29 degrees centigrade.
On arrival at the Villa you will be greeted by our assistant who speaks English and Spanish. A maid service operates as required (except Sundays), and will change the linen and towels once a week. The tariff also covers the cost of the water, gas, satellite television, satellite internet connection, local taxes and a welcome pack of essentials. This is ideal for those guests who wish to relax a while before venturing out. The added bonus to all this is that the Villa is close to all amenities, so one can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.
In addition, eight weeks before you depart, the organiser receives a substantial information pack with map and AA guide to the the Costa del Sol that boasts 330 days of sunshine a year and 200 miles of beach. Marbella is the closest largest town and many people speak English so it is easy to get about. At the same time, the Villa is within easy reach of the "real" Spain, a vibrant place of diverse culture with a history of Moorish influence, architectural splendour and amazing landscapes.
What better way to have a wonderful holiday, than to explore a fascinating part of the world with an inviting climate and simultaneously relax and enjoy a "mini mansion" complete with unpretentious luxury so you can simply escape, unwind and live in style.
One pleasure of many is to sit on the terrace at night with a glass of wine and watch the lights sparkle all the way down the coast and this, together with the Villa provides a private place to find a sense of peace and tranquility.
Besides just relaxing next to the pool, Villa guests can visit local places like; Puerto Banus, Marbella and Malaga, and can also take day trips to Ronda, Seville, Granada with the Alhambra Palace, Antequera a Moorish town, the Spanish Lakes and Ardales National Park, a Water Park in Mijas, Gibraltar and can in addition to this, travel over the Mediterranean Sea to Morocco in north Africa by boat. |
