This charming, GROUND FLOOR condominium is a non-smoking and no pets unit. Sleeping facilities include a queen-sized bed in master bedroom,and bunk beds in the guest bedroom. The bottom bunk is a double bed and the top bunk is a twin. This condominium also has a hide-a-bed within the sectional sofa to sleep a total of seven within the condominium comfortably.
The master bedroom has a big walk-in closet. The huge bathroom has tiled countertops with dual sinks and a large garden shower/tub. The kitchen has all the amenities of home: a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and trash compactor. The kitchen also provides all cooking utensils, and dishes.
Laundry facilities within the condominium include: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Our condominium has refrigerator air conditioning, cable TV, and a VCR/DVD player combination to watch your favorite movies. There is also a patio off the master bedroom with a view towards the tennis courts, indoor/outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and playground. Unit comes with off street parking.

great place! we went to zion national park, so this was a very convenient place to stay. loved that there was a pool, hot tub, game room, tennis courts, etc., basically all the amenities of a nice hotel, but with the space and privacy of your own home. also, was able to have use of the facilities at the green valley spa across the street - definitely a plus. owner was nice and easy to deal with and for the price you really can't go wrong. would definitely stay again next time we go....
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed 2 nights in the condo in March '10. We found it to be exactly as described. It wasn't fancy, but had all the important things- comfortable beds, a kitchen, lots of room, and very, very clean. The property is a bit older than some other condo resorts near by, but the price on this one reflect that fairly, we felt. There were lots of kid around- so families with children can feel very comfortable here. The clubhouse and pool were also clean and well-kept- the kids loved swimming. The owner was very easy to deal with. Our one issue would be that the kitchen was missing just a few items that we would have found helpful- a cookie sheet and a pitcher, for instance. We would go again- keeping that in mind.
Owner response:BYOCS. Bring your own cookie sheet. We just put down high end slate floor in kitchen, dining room and bathroom. You will love this unit.
