Freshly updated ranch in the leafy area of Hyannis, close to 4 beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches - warmest waters on the Cape, and Main street with a variety of attractions, activities, shops and restaurants beckons you! Our Cape Cod cottage has 3 sparkling and well-appointed bedrooms (1 king, 2 twin beds and a pullout queen size sofa), an updated kitchen with all the modern appliances and a great living room with a wood fireplace and a new LCD Flat Screen TV set.

It has central A/C, making for a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of space to spread out, inside or outside, this home features a large fenced in backyard. Perfect for barbecue, lazing about in the sun or for a game of ping pong!

There is a Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Kids love it!

Less than 7-minute drive and you are at Kalmus, Veteran’s, Orrin Keyes, or Craigville beach. Kalmus beach on the ocean side is considered the best in North-east for windsurfing. The flat, nearly placid surface on Lewis Bay side of Kalmus beach is ideal for families with little kids. The sand slopes so gradually that you won’t have to worry about them slipping in over their heads. Veteran’s beach and park is a favourite with many families due to its shady picnic area. Keyes beach has lovely views out to the Atlantic. Craigville beach is one of the most famous on the Cape with its wide stretch of sand, lovely warm waters and many activities.

Do not forget about Hyannis Harbor with its deep sea fishing charter boat, ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, harbor cruises, parasailing and much more! No need to worry about very limited parking space, just walk up and hop onboard!

This Hyannis cottage is located on a quiet street, just 0,7 mile to the Main St in Hyannis. When you are not on a beach, take advantage of many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Enjoy a pleasant walk to all of the excitement, shops and restaurants Hyannis has to offer. Sample ice cream (or frozen custard!), learn more about American history in JFK Museum and Library, pop in to an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of the many renown restaurants on Main St. Catch a Duck tour, a perennial favorite with adults and kids!

When you return home, the cool, centrally air conditioned home awaits you with its comforts. Read, play games ( 2 air hockey tables in the basement, Ping Pong, TV and Nintendo will keep kids occupied for a while!), cook in our well applianced kitchen or on the barbecue grill, or get ready for a night out on the town, no need to drive, just walk to the happening Main St!

Our Hyannis cottage is immaculately clean, freshly painted, with gleaming hard wood floors throughout the house. Our cottage is stocked with bed linens, towels, and beach towels for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer, pots/pans, various kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. Internet Access is free.

We do consider well-behaved dogs at an additional pet fee.

We loved the basement full of games. It was great that the beach pass was supplied by you. We used the fold up chairs at the beach. The barbecue was fantastic.

  • We had a terrific 10 days at Hyannis Cottage. Alex and Valentina are gracious and helpful hosts. The house is charming and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, air conditioning, patio with outdoor furniture, grill, awesome games for the children, linens, paper goods, fenced in yard, outdoor shower, washer & dryer, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more. We appreciated how thoughtfully you provided a Christmas tree and decorations for us to use as well as the well-furnished and supplied house. It was great to arrive and be able to find enough food to put together supper before going out shopping! All of us were very comfortable there and enjoyed the kitchen, CD-player and TV, games and many other conveniences. It met our needs well to have a place to get away as a family in the area there.   • My mother, sister, neice and I spent September 4-8 at the Hyannis Cottage. It was a special trip we had planned just for the females in the family. The house was lovely and conveniently located to various beaches, lighthouses, restaurants, art galleries, historical sites, and museums. It's also only one and a half hours outside of Boston. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for an evening walk - very relaxing and the foliage is stunning. The house contained everything we needed. We created family memories there that will last a lifetime and the cottage was part of that. My mother even commented that it was, by far, the best vacation she's ever had. My sister and I are already planning to bring our husbands. I highly recommend this rental property.

  • This was a perfect house for a summer vacation, spacious and comfortable with several unexpected bonuses: Hitchcock dining room set, games in the basement, bicycles in the garage. Our son had a great time playing in the big backyard while we enjoyed b-b-q from the grill. Great house, nice and helpful owners. Thank you Alex and Val!
