Built in 1925 as a vacation retreat, The Russian River House on Redwood Road has many comforting features. It is located below a canopy of 300 year old Oak and Redwood trees that create a shaded and secure atmosphere for taking walks or leisurely bike rides.
The front deck faces Redwood Road and the Russian River across the street... a great place to welcome guests as they pull into the three off-road parking spaces. The landscaped rear deck area features two levels and access to the modern kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Favorite amenities include a hot tub, stainless steel BBQ, plenty of Redwood chairs with tables and an oversize two person hammock.
The house is heated by a central/forced air heating system and a wood burning stove to create a warm and cozy retreat on cool nights. There are two charming bedrooms that sleep four adults comfortably and two sofa beds that will sleep an additional four.
The Russian River House has a modern kitchen with new appliances and butcher block counters. The kitchen features modern counter lighting, easy access to the back deck and every essential gourmet tool for creating the perfect meal with your favorite wine from the region. |
