A flat 7 minute walk to the Jardin, and only a block to one of the best neighborhood grocery stores, 24 hour pharmacy, a great deli, art galleries and restaurants make this one of the most desirable spots in San Miguel.
The first floor features the living room with fireplace which looks out onto the plant filled patio with its tiled fountain. Another large outdoor patio is off the kitchen. The two story dining room seats 8 and is perfect for entertaining. Viewing balconies look down from above. The light-filled, fully equipped kitchen boasts all new appliances and amenities. A half-bath is tiled in blue and white.
The second floor (bedroom, full bath and second living room): The spacious guest bedroom has twin beds (optional as a king) which feature locally hand-carved wooden headboards, and has French doors which open up for a view of the mountains. The full bath is tastefully decorated in Mexican blue and white tile. The second floor living room with television has a boveda ceiling (domed brick), is decorated with all new furniture, a few antiques, opens to the dining room below and looks out over the terrace and fountain below.
The third floor features a romantically-decorated master bedroom with a boveda ceiling, a queen-sized bed and a full-bath. This room has a view of the Parroquia from the bed and has French doors which open to view the city and mountains.
The roof-top terrace is plant-filled with comfortable furniture and a lovely view of the mountains and city.
