Come enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozarks from our new covered dock or from one of the three decks and patios. Bring your own boat, there is a private boat ramp right on the property and plenty of space for parking your trailer on the secondary lot. Or rent a variety of boats without leaving the property, ranging from a jet ski, bass fishing boat or a 24 foot tritoon. All available on a daily or weekly rental. The large decks overlooking the lake offers a peaceful setting. Plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers are available.
This 2500 square foot, four bedroom, three bath home has everything for your vacation holiday. One-hundred twenty feet of lake front on a gentle slope makes this house ideal for boating and fishing. Enjoy swimming off the swim dock in this deep water cove.
This home is set in a nice year-round family neighborhood. The upper level is recently renovated and decorated and hosts three bedrooms, one bath, fully equipped kitchen and large living room overlooking the lake.
The downstairs walkout level features a large master bedroom/bathroom to add that missing romance back into your life. Then slip out on the patio and soak in the large hot tub overlooking the lake. The lower level also features a large family room, wetbar and second refrigerator. Another full bathroom is located off the family room and also has easy access from the lake.
The private dock has one large boat slip (30 foot) with a boat lift. Also on the dock are two drive up jet ski lifts, a patio area for dining and grilling and large swim dock. The house is now equiped with free WiFi to access the internet for work and play.

The house is very large, clean and comfortable and includes a huge lawn area right on the lake. It's in a quiet neighborhood and cove. There is plenty of room for families and friends to spread out or be together, including several outdoor eating areas and a relaxing hammock. The large dock also includes table seating. We especially enjoyed the game room, which has its own refrigerator, card table and DVD player. Three full bathrooms is a major plus. The hot tub of course was a hit, too. We rented a pontoon from Montego Bay which was right down the road. Thanks Jim for your hospitality and hope to stay here again soon.
