Once again enjoyed our vacation at Jim's rental home. The dock was great and the house was fine for all our family. We've enjoyed coming for several years now. Next year we'll be back....same time...same place...and same family enjoying the swimming, jet skiing, boating and fireworks. So nice and quiet on this cove!

The house is very large, clean and comfortable and includes a huge lawn area right on the lake. It's in a quiet neighborhood and cove. There is plenty of room for families and friends to spread out or be together, including several outdoor eating areas and a relaxing hammock. The large dock also includes table seating. We especially enjoyed the game room, which has its own refrigerator, card table and DVD player. Three full bathrooms is a major plus. The hot tub of course was a hit, too. We rented a pontoon from Montego Bay which was right down the road. Thanks Jim for your hospitality and hope to stay here again soon.

We had a blast down here. The house was fantastic. Had the weekend start off with everyone having high hopes and they were met! The hot tub proved worthy many times and the fishing was pretty good off the dock. Many blue gill, couple crappie, one walley, one nice catfish. Thanks for everything and we look forward to next time!

We had sooo much fun here for our annual December get-a-way. This was a great home away from home. The great view and the many things this house offered were awesome! We loved the hot tub. :)

This is a great spot for a family gathering. With the living room and family rooms, people can spread out. The three bathrooms is a real bonus as well. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cool evenings, and even took the paddle boat out a few times. The full kitchen made preparation and serving of many meals pretty simple. Jim is a great host and was able to work with us to make this whole experience a grand one for my family. Many thanks!

Where else do you want to be during the hottest week of the year? Jim's lake house, that's where. We celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday with family and friends and the house, deck, hot tub, dock and cove were perfect for everyone. Deerchase Golf course was nice and the kids loved Big Surf Waterpark (I'm not just talking about the little kid's either).

Hey Jim, Just wanted to jot down a few lines on how AWSOME your house is and was for us!! Very well kept,clean and accomadating for all 10 of us. The quiet serene cove is the best no heavy traffic or loud boating noise just PURE enjoyment for swimming or late night fishing off the pleasantly nice size pier/dock.Jim is one hell of a nice host and takes good care of you while staying there, one suggestion for the rental is a highspeed wireless internet for renters use.Thanks so much Jim for all you did and tried to do to make our stay more enjoyable!!! Thanks for the use of your house. What a great little cove....so quiet and peaceful. It was so nice to be far away from the lake partiers!! My in-laws were amazed at all the wildlife. We watched deer from the dining room table and they were in awe. We went to Fish and Company ...good fun.

We made it around 2am....the place is fabulous. Sunday was really sunny and we went on the boat. Went to the Fish & Company for dinner/dancing/music...really fun. Watch out for the "Back Draft...flaming drinks....bite hard. Thanks for a wonderful time. Hope to be back in July.

We came from Wichita KS and Litchfield MN. We boated, swam, waterskied, fished, tubed and relaxed on the dock. We appreciated the boat lift for our boat. We come to this area often and this is the nicest place we have been to. We love this Lake! The water was great and the weather hot! We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

We came from MA,IL and MO. Had a fantastic time fishing, swimming and floating off the swim dock. Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka Park were both fun and interesting. The kids loved Big Surf Water Park. Regardless of the heat (100 plus degrees) we were alway comfortable hanging out on the dock. Hope to be back next year.

We had a great time tubing and boating. We also had fun at "Big Surf" Waterpark. We had 90 to 100 degree temperatures....perfect for boating. The house was set up great. The kids had a blast jumping and playing in the water. We are looking forward to next year when we hope to stay again.

We came from Centennial & Highlands Randi Colorado to enjoy the lake. We had lots of fun boating, skiing, wake-boarding and surfing behind the boat. The kids had the most fun just swimming off the dock. We enjoyed the views, and the weather was great except for one day that was raining. Even that day ended with a beautiful rainbow. Thanks for a nice place to stay and have fun.
