Beautiful newly redecorated, three bedroom, two full bath, gulf-front corner condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico sleeps seven comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room overlooking the incredibly beautiful Gulf of Mexico! One King, One Queen, one twin and a set of bunkbeds and a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room for your sleeping comfort. Sleeps 9. And free wireless internet service is provided.
A few of our amenities include a panoramic view of the Gulf, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, two full baths, outdoor gas BBQ grill, an elevator, large heated pool (year round), hot tub, and large deck area. For your stay we have beach toys, beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs.
Our home also includes four TVs, VCR, DVD and stereo. Our corner unit is just one of 6 gulf front units in this gulf front building of 9 units and complex of 17 units--we're not too big and not too small. This is our vacation home - bring your family and make it yours!
Conveniently located 20 miles from Tampa International Airport and 10 from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport just north of Guppy's and across Gulf Blvd (on the gulf side)in Indian Rocks Beach. Getting here is a breeze. Once you're here, all of your vacation needs-restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. are conveniently located either within walking distance or a few miles by car. Why the Owner Chose Sunset Paradise
We spent two years looking for the perfect family condo. We decided to purchase this unit because it is in a small complex. Our building only has 9 units and there are 17 in the entire complex. The building is nestled between a single family home and a small condo building with only four units. It's the perfect, quiet, family spot.

We are a loving family of five who purchased this beach condo so that we would have a place to create memories and spend quality time together. We just love it and we're so happy that we can share it with other families looking for a nice family vacation spot, away from the tourists and Tshirt shops, but within driving distance if we need something!

Hi Jamie, Nice doing business with you! We had a great week at the condo and were truly pleased with EVERYTHING! Thanks for keeping it simple and it being advertised for exactly what it is. This was my first time renting through VRBO and was a little nervous, especially since I was left with the task for doing it for my family and my in-laws. I looked like a super star!!! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! Wonderful location, gorgeous unit, great pool, hot tub & grill, and right in the sand... just perfect! The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to have all the beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. taken care of. Everyone we met on the property was sweet & welcoming and our kids loved having a few other little ones to play with. My husband & I loved how private and calm the beach was, not a ton of tourists like Clearwater or St. Pete beaches. My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay! Already checking our calendar to figure out when we can visit again.

This unit is very nicely furnished, was clean and well stocked- including a beach umbrella, chairs and plenty of sand toys. We enjoyed the full view of the gulf from the living room, and the beach is only a few steps away. Keegan's is within walking distance, which is a big + (eat there; you won't regret it!) We did have some issues with the dryer "eating" anything with a drawstring or spaghetti straps, but that was reported and I trust that the rental company is taking care of it, as they were lovely to work with. The only drawback to the unit was some of the resident's intolerance of teenagers. They were extremely rude, not only verbally but also in their behavior. I would recommend this unit for families with small children; be leery if you have children over age 10, or if you are opposed to your children observing adults consuming alcohol. Please do not take this review as negative! John and Michele were very nice, the unit is absolutely wonderful and we had a great time. If not for the residents we would stay here every year. It is without a doubt the nicest unit we have stayed in to date.

Stayed at the unit and had a great time with our family. Really appreciated the 'at home' feeling that you get at this unit. All furnishing are quite nice and the kitchen is fully stocked. We traveled with children so the pack and play and high chair were a big hit. We'll be back!

We stayed in this condo last year. It has beautiful views of the gulf. We did have an issue with the cleaning, but once we called, the issue was taken care of. There is an elevator in this building which is good for people that have mobility issues. There are a few close restaurants, but about a mile and a half from the busy restaurant/bar/shopping area.
