This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, fully furnished condominium is located right in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta next to the Paradise Village Resort. The Marina Residences is only 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International airport and situated a short distance from the Sierra Madre Mountains. We have a second two bedroom, two bathroom condominium available for larger family groups.
Shopping: Paradise Plaza is two minutes away and offers a variety of shopping possibilities including an excellent grocery store and deli, souvenir and handicraft shops, clothing, restaurants, postal services, medical and banking facilities.
Social Club Membership: Available when you are renting our condo for a fee of $15.00 per person to a maximum of $75.00 USD plus taxes for a family of up to 5 people for up to 4 weeks. Guests have full access to the Paradise Village “Beach Club” located at Playa Royale which is a 10 minute walk away and in addition are able to use the Sports Complex along with receiving reduced rates at El Tigre golf course. The Beach Club offers regular and children's pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, changing facilities, towel service, vending machines, full service restaurant and bar and boogie boards. The Sports Club has an amazing state of the art fitness centre as well as tennis, raquetball and squash courts in a beautiful facility that features children's and adult pools and activities. Free shuttle service is available to all 3 facilities listed.

We decided to buy our condo because we all love the sun and beach as well as sports. At the Marina Residences we are able to spend quality family time together while enjoying the many activities that are offered in this area. It is a safe area and convenient to a variety of shopping and tourist activities allowing us to relax without worries.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the ability to use the Beach Club and Sports Complex. They are both beautiful and fully equipped with excellent fitness facilities, tennis, raquetball and squash courts, swimming pools and a choice of 3 wonderful spas along with the El Tigre golf course. As well the shopping centre is conviently located just steps away and offers much of what we need for our stay.
Social Club membership holders may use the Sports Club facilities including tennis, fitness facilities, pools. Restaurant is also available.
