Two bedroom apartment with queen-size bed in each. Foldout futon couch in living room. Beautiful residential building 100 feet from the Ritz Carlton. Located in the best part of New York City to see the
city. Walk to The Plaza Hotel and Carnegie Hall one block away and Central Park South is a two minute walk. Rockefellar Center and Times Square a short stroll.

This two-bedroom apartment is approximately 1000 square feet. A spacious, well-lit modern apartment with a very functional environment that can accommodate up to four to six comfortably. It is fully furnished and equipped with the comfort of a home. It has hardwood floors all around. The bedrooms contain a queen size bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, and a large dresser (all towels and linens provided). The living room contains a futon couch, a couch, a coffee table, shelves dining table and chairs for 6 and a TV with built in DVD player. It has a desk with hi-speed ehternet/wireless internet. The kitchen is spacious and simple with plenty of storage and counter top space. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster(all dishes, silverware, and pots included. The bathroom is fully equiped with a tub with a shower-head, iron and ironing board.
It is fully equiped with an elevator, a coin-operated laundry room in the basement. There are two front doors to the entrance of the building, that are always locked, the second door in full view of the attending doorman.

  • we stayed in the apt in early Nov of 08. we had 6 adults in the apt and it was more than enough space and was very comfortable. the place really is in the best location. we walked to times square in about 15 mins and central park is literally around the corner. Subway stations are at the corners of the street and are so easy to use. HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to have the chance to stay there. you cant beat the price and location of this place!!

  • We stayed in this apartment the week before Thanksgiving. My mother, sister and I LOVED the location and it was really a very large apartment. The neighborhood was fantastic and the doormen were so kind and helpful. We were all so pleased that we have recommended it to everyone that tells us they are going to NYC.   • Just had to say what a great time we had at this apt. 4 women in NYC for the first time for most of us. great location, perfect size, and nice doormen. it was so nice to have a place to regroup and relax after a long day of sightseeing. was nice to have coffee and quick bite in the morning before hitting the sites. Tim was great to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Thanks Tim!

  • I cannot say enough about how wonderful the apartment was. I messed up at the start and showed up a day early! Tim was great and even found us a nearby hotel where we could stay the night. The apartment was great. The rooms were clean and large. We loved sitting around the large dinner table at night and relaxing. It was just perfect for a family of 6. I would love to stay there again.

  • We stayed at this apartment for a week in August 2006. Very nice, very clean. This was our first trip to NYC and we could not have been happier. This apartment is central to ALL subway lines, which really benefits us because we were in NYC in the heatwave of 2006! Ouch. :-) Tim was awesome and very helpful with all our needs. On any planned trip to NYC in the future, we will be looking up Tim's places for availability! Just wow! Could not ask for anything better!!!!!!!!
