Toast the sunsets every evening while you enjoy the private, unobstructed Gulf view from this 8th floor residence facing due West in the Beach and Tennis Club building one, the building closest to prestine and beautiful Bonita Beach.
Totally remodeled and redecorated with a subdued East Asian tropical motif in 2006. This Condo Home boasts a king-size bed, a queen-size sofa sleeper, granite countertops, tile floors, dishwasher, combination clothes washer and dryer, walk in shower with body jets, stainless appliances, walk in California style closet, 32 inch Sony wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV, a DVD/CD stereo with a USB port for your personal music source. A hanging Shoji screen separates the bed room from the living area giving the impression of a separate bed room when closed. The drinking water filtration system allows you to quench your thirst without running to the store for bottled water. WIFI.
Beach and Tennis Club Building One is directly across the street from the public beach. You can enjoy taking long walks or fish along five miles of beautiful Bonita beach, swim in the two pools, play tennis on 10 Har-Tru courts, take lessons from the on site Pro, or set an appointment with the on site masseuse. In addition, an on-site restaurant, hair salon, financial planner and real estate office are available. Jet ski or Hobie Cat rental and parasailing are available across the street and boat and canoe rentals are available nearby. Barefoot Beach Park is two miles South and Lovers Key State Park is approximately five miles North.

4.) We do not offer a weekly rate. Long term stay (30)
days or more, qualify for a 15% discount.
5.) All reservations require a 25% advance deposit at
the time of booking, paid by check. Please make all

6.) Eighty five percent (85%) of the deposit will be
refunded for cancellation(s) received sixty (60)
days prior to arrival. The deposit will not be
refunded for cancellation(s) received less than (60)
days prior to arrival date.
7.) Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival
with personal check made out to Virginia Barnes.
All payments in (USD). Failure to make final
payment in a timely manner may result in the
cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all
prepaid funds. Final payment is non-refundable
unless the property is re-booked for the same
dates, at the same rental rate or higher. Refunds
or adjustments cannot be made for late arrival or
early departure.

Our stay at this lovely condo was perfect. We were looking for a special unit to just relax and enjoy the beach. This unit was perfect and had everything that we needed plus a beautiful view of the gulf from the lanai. Just a minute walk across the street to the beach was the best part about our stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

We love the condo VRBO#82414! We stayed an entire month and have already booked Feb. 2014. The listing description and photos were right on. A few of our favorites of the many amenities in the condo are: 1) the kitchen is fabulous with beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and adequate counterspace. The washer/dryer was much appreciated! 2) love the bathroom with the large tiled shower and the amount of storage available. 3) The view! Also the privacy of the balcony ~ no views of the other buildings. 4) access to the beach ~ it's right across the street. 5) the abundance of sets of sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and other items provided were much appreciated. 6) the owner, Virginia, and her husband Jeff are so nice and accommodating. They are wonderful to deal with. There are so many restaurants and shops and activities nearby that you can be as busy as you want to be. Or you don't have to be busy at all and just enjoy the beach. We are counting the weeks until we return in 2014!Recommended for: Age 55+.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. We have stayed at another condo at this facility, and we were very pleased that we made the change. The updated condo really meet our needs and wants. I appreciated the the dishwasher, washer/dryer combo and the large closet. All the updated decor in the condo; tile, granite, beautiful furnishings makes the stay so enjoyable. The view is THE BEST...we just loved it. We love seeing all the activities going on at the beach. We love this area of Florida and have been coming to this area for years. The owner was so easy to work with and it was so helpful to have necessities there upon arrival that were needed; trash bags, soap, paper towel, etc. It was a great experience and have already booked for next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

In general, the condo was nicely furnished and clean and provided many of the necessities needed such as soaps, paper towels, etc. The condo was accurately described in the VRBO site. The condo did offer excellent views of the sunset and an excellent vantage point. The only negatives were that the bed mattress was very soft and made noise with every movement and the road noise which continued until very late at night. Air conditioner and refrigerator made noise as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had a perfect stay at a beautiful condo. The view was wonderful and everything in the condo was done in excellent taste. The only thing wrong was we couldn't stay longer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Searching the internet is "tough"...finding the perfect unit that meets your expectations. The Beach and Tennis Club VRBO 82414 was just what the pictures and words said it would be. Sometimes pictures can be misleading...but not on THIS UNIT!! Virginia, the owner, is on the ball, kind, and proactive. The location is great for beaches, eating, shopping. Minutes to Ft. Myers Beach Times Square area...or to upscale Naples (try the Mercato for shopping and eating). Or you can you can sit on the unit's balcony, and eat, drink, and be "merry" or walk 1 min to the sandy beach at Bonita.... It was a great 2012 Merry Christmas time for us. Thanks Virginia!! It was a pleasant eperience. The condo ,as discribed, had a great view, was clean and well stocked. The washer/dryer was a great feature as we had been on the road for two weeks prior to our arrival. The pool and restaurant was just a few steps from the elevator which was another convienience and the beach was a two minute walk. A few things that where bothersom was at night we had to close the patio doors due the street noise and then when we turned on the A/C it was as noisy as the street. Overall we had a great time. and enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Beautiful view from the terrace; very well decorated apartment with all appliances; easy access to main roads which makes it very convenient to anyone coming from other parts of Florida; very close to the beach, just accross street; free wi-fi available if you want to stay connected.
