Toast the sunsets every evening while you enjoy the private, unobstructed Gulf view from this 8th floor residence facing due West in the Beach and Tennis Club building one, the building closest to prestine and beautiful Bonita Beach.
Totally remodeled and redecorated with a subdued East Asian tropical motif in 2006. This Condo Home boasts a king-size bed, a queen-size sofa sleeper, granite countertops, tile floors, dishwasher, combination clothes washer and dryer, walk in shower with body jets, stainless appliances, walk in California style closet, 32 inch Sony wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV, a DVD/CD stereo with a USB port for your personal music source. A hanging Shoji screen separates the bed room from the living area giving the impression of a separate bed room when closed. The drinking water filtration system allows you to quench your thirst without running to the store for bottled water.
Beach and Tennis Club Building One is directly across the street from the public beach. You can enjoy taking long walks or fish along five miles of beautiful Bonita beach, swim in the two pools, play tennis on 10 Har-Tru courts, take lessons from the on site Pro, or set an appointment with the on site masseuse. In addition, an on-site restaurant, hair salon, financial planner and real estate office are available. Jet ski or Hobie Cat rental and parasailing are available across the street and boat and canoe rentals are available nearby. Barefoot Beach Park is two miles South and Lovers Key State Park is approximately five miles North.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1.) THERE IS A CHARGE OF $57.50 FOR CHECK-OUT LATER THAN NOON (12:00 P.M.) ON DAY OF DEPARTURE.
2.) All reservations require a 25% advance deposit at the time of booking, paid by check. Please make all checks payable to Virginia Barnes, with a notation of your reservation dates on your check. Eighty five percent (85%) of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations received sixty (60) days prior to arrival. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations received less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.
Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Final payment should be made payable to Virginia Barnes. All Payments must be in US funds. Failure to make final payment in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all prepaid funds. Final payment is non-refundable unless the property is rebooked for the same dates at the same rental rate or higher. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made for late arrival or early departure.

My husband and I were lucky to have stayed at this condo in July 2011. We found the unit surpassed our expectations. While the overall unit is compact, the unit is cleverly laid out to allow ample space for meal prep/dining, and spacious living and sleeping areas which is perfect when using this unit as ‘base camp’ due to it’s convenient location. The balcony provides beautiful sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a luxuriously appointed master bath and walk-in closet with built-in organizers. The unit is strategically located across the street from the public beach/access point which puts you at the water's edge. The condo is convenient to other attractions in the area including Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point mall. Don't miss Royal Scoop for ice cream! The owner's were ‘best in class’ hosts and have appointed the condo with everything you'll need to enjoy sunny Florida. There were even beach chairs and fresh mangoes. LOVED IT!!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the 4th of July weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We can't say enough about this condo. We said to each other many times that this would be the perfect retirement home. We enjoyed fireworks display in every direction. The sunset is amazing from this unit. Virginia was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely reccomend this condo to anyone just wanting to completely get away. Also try the following restaraunts for seafood you can't beat Pincher's Crab Shack on 41 south delicious and reasonably priced also Senior Tequilia's for mexican on 41 north the best margarita and the food is authentic simply delicious, you will have leftovers.Virginia thank you for sharing your home with us.

My husband and I spent a min vacation at this unit. I have been in a lot of the Beach and Tennis Club units because I used to be a rental agent in Bonita Springs. I'm here to tell you this was by far the nicest well kept unit that I've been in. The Owners made sure we had everything we needed. The unit is so pretty and modern, and like home. The kitchen had every little gadgett/item that we needed. I have bragged about this unit to my friends hoping they will come here. We rode our bikes, and walked the beach, and even though we were only minutes from home, we felt like we were hundreds of miles from home. We had a perfect view of the sunset and the beach. The patio furniture was even so perfect! I certainly recommend this unit to anyone that likes modern and pretty, comfortable beds, great tv, you got it all right here. The most important is the Owner let us know that if we needed anything, all we had to ask. That means a lot!! Everything they told us was even better than what we expected.

I recently returned from Bonita Springs (April 1, 2010) and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful beachfront condo. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting their own little piece of paradise in Bonita Springs. The view is spectacular, the furnishings comfortable, the people amazing and the space enjoyable. Virginia was so very helpful to my family and I throughout the trip - she truly made our stay that much better. We will be sure to stay here again when we are in the Bonita Springs area. It is a lovely and very affordable place. We loved it!!

We stayed in this unit January 2010. It was very nice and Virginia and Jeff were wonderful, very helpful. The only problem we had was I suffered severe depression when we had to leave and go back to the cold. I would recommend it to anyone.

I just returned from Bonita Springs, I stayed in this unit with my Daughter who is 19 and this was her Senior Spring Break! We had a blast and this unit is absolutely spectacular!! I will most definitely return and stay in this condo again. The owner Jeff was very accomodating and a pleasure to rent from!
