Explore the lake with the 2 person Old Town kayak and canoe provided with the house. Enjoy relaxing sunsets from the hot tub overlooking the lake. The three bedroom, two bath home has hardwood floors, inviting furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens up to expansive lake views. The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen-size bed, huge walk-in closet, and bath. Downstairs includes one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and living room has a queen sofa bed and futon. All of the bedrooms have lake views. High speed cable internet is available if you need to stay connected and bring your laptop. Enjoy 120 feet of waterfront for swimming, boating, and fishing. Feel free to bring your own boat to enjoy seven mile long Maranacook Lake and superb boating and bass fishing. The water quality for fishing, swimming and recreational use is exceptional. The Winthrop Lakes area is close to shopping in Augusta, antiquing in Hallowell and the many summer features of the region. We are only a 45 minute drive to Freeport's L.L. Bean and other outlet stores.

$100 Cleaning Fee; $350 Returnable Security Deposit Required.
Pets OK with owner’s permission ($100 additional/wk + $200 deposit).
*A 7% Maine State tax is added to each rental fee.
