Living Room Area with Huge TV - South Padre Island, Texas Condo Rental You'll love to relax in this nice, spacious & clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with pool. This condo was just recently built in 2006 and features approximately 1200 square feet of space. It has a nice pool and barbecue pit that is shared with just three other units, so it offers a lot of privacy. It has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. But hey, you're on vacation and you want to relax, right? This unit has a large 37 inch tv in the living room that has 10-foot high ceilings with ceiling fans in every room to help keep you cool while you watch the game or your favorite shows. Parking is available right in front of unit so you don't have to drag your heavy bags up the stairs. This unit is centrally located on the island. You are just half a block to the beach access and just half a block to the main drag where there is plenty of dining, activities and shopping.
