THANKSGIVING SPECIAL!!!! As of September 15, 2007 this unit boasts stone tile floors throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room (video available off you tube). We have also completely remodeled both bathrooms for a luxurious feel. The carpet in both bedrooms was also replaced in June of 2009 as well as updated furnishings in the Master Bedroom and balcony. We also replaced the living room TV with a beautiful new LCD TV in the living room.
The unit is in the Tides on beautiful Hollywood Beach. The amenities of the Condo are fantastic with a beautiful lobby, huge gym, new swimming pools. Best of all the beach is gorgeous with more than 200 feet of beach that stretches for miles. If you want to venture out we are less than one block from the famous and luxurious Westin Diplomat .
With more than $850M in upgrades this property has great shopping and dining. The building is centrally located on the beach and is just minutes from every possible activity you could want. However, if you are just interested in relaxing you can sit on the balcony and look at the ocean from our Penthouse view. The unit is fully equipped and has top notch appliances and all the amenities you could ask for.
Our furnishings are beautiful as well as warm and comfortable from our sectional sofa to our pillow top mattresses. We also have great flat screen tvs in the living room and both bedrooms for your relaxation. The master bedroom features a fantastic King sized pillow top mattress with luxurious 1000 thread count sheets that makes sleeping a wonderful experience. All furnishings are contemporary and very comfortable from our excellent bed room suit to our great hard wood dining room table seating six. Additionally you can watch your 37" flat screen tv or walk out of your private balcony door to enjoy the view of the ocean or the peace of being 14 floors above the beach.
The 2nd bedroom is very large and we have used the space to provide two double beds with excellent pillow-top mattresses and terrific linens. Like the master you will have very nice furnishings and your own flat screen tv.
The living room has a terrific sectional sofa with a queen sleeper. The dining room is prepared to accommodate six at any meal and the kitchen hold a full complement of cooking, storage and eating utensils for your pleasure. You will have service for eight and then some. For your convenience we have a link to a virtual tour available at your request (could not post because VRBO site doesn't support the format). There are also a couple of You Tube Videos made in June of the recent upgrades.
Last but not least we have installed high-speed, wireless internet just in case you want to sit on the balcony with your laptop and get a few last minute emails in.

We just returned from a vacation at this condo in The Tides with our kids and one grandchild. We had a wonderful time and found it very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also found beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The pool and beach were very nice. The building was well maintained with good security. The employees and residents were all very nice and helpful. There were not a lot of eating establishments within walking distance, but loads a short drive or trolley away. The washer and dryer, although located down the hall, were inexpensive and convenient. The ocean view was from the end of the balcony, but the skyline view at night was equally nice. If the sofa was convertible it was not obvious. A couple more chairs in the living room area would have been nice. We didn't watch TV much but took advantage of the wifi. It was a very comfortable condo for a fun week at the beach with the family! We would visit again.
