Great, Affordable Getaway!! Recently remodeled, spacious, non-smoking, two bedroom, two full bathroom villa located on the first floor. We’ve recently completed some major renovations. Brand new air conditioner installed in the spring of 2010. Newer furniture throughout, fresh paint and trim, newer carpet and vinyl flooring, brand new kitchen cabinets (and their contents),brand new dishwasher, microwave, stove and even light fixtures. Please come and see for yourself. We’re thrilled with the results and our guests have been too!
Located in Fiddlers Cove, a 23 acre resort, our villa,19B is centrally located and within a four minute walk to Folly Field Beach, Hilton Heads widest and cleanest stretch of white sand. The resort provides 24-hour gated security to its residents and guests. There are 10 Har Tru Clay tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts for your use, free of charge and two pools with a heated Jacuzzi. Several playgrounds are located throughout the property for families with children. The island offers of miles paved bike paths for cycling enthusiasts and walkers alike. You can see the path from our living room window. There is secured gate access to the Fiddler's Cove property just across the parking lot from our villa. We have a bike rack that is conveniently located right outside our villa.
The kitchen has newer cabinets, sink and flooring. It’s fully equipped and has been stocked with all new dishes, cookware, small appliances (blender, coffee maker and toaster) and utensils for your convenience and cooking pleasure. The dining table comfortably seats six and we also have two folding chairs available to accommodate any additional guests.
The living room features newer carpeting and furniture, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and 27 inch TV with built in DVD/VCR player along with premium cable. There is also a private patio off the living room with two chairs and a small table. The patio view is foliage and trees with Folly Field Rd. just beyond, the ideal setting for relaxation.
Both bedrooms feature newer furniture, bedding, carpet and updated decor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private full bath and a wall mounted 24" flat screen TV and premium cable. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a DVD player and a portable CD player/radio. Bed linens and towels are provide at no additional charge. Please remember to bring your own beach towels & beach blankets.
Our villa has high-speed wireless access. We also have free local-long distance for your convenience.
We try our best to provide a few beach items to make your stay more comfortable. We've included beach/sand chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach buggy for hauling your belongings to the shore,a "boogey board" and a large variety of sand toys. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we can not guarantee what will be available for your stay.
WEEKLY RENTALS- Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:30 pm and check-out is the following Saturday at 10 am. All rates include cleaning and linen fees and applicable taxes.

DEPOSIT- A $200 deposit will hold your reservation. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cash, check or money order are accepted. A full refund is available 30 days prior to check-in date.

The listing photos were very accurate in showing the unit's appearance. The unit was very clean, neat and well-organized. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The dining table was the perfect size, with out feeling crowded. The instructions for the washer and dryer came in handy. The owners were very nice to work with, even when we left something behind at the unit. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. Also, it was comforting having security on site and gate-protected.

This condo is great - well decorated, renovated and has every convenience of home. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo and how clean and modern it is. The condo has everything we needed including any cooking utensils needed for a "home-cooked" meal. We also liked the easy access to the fantastic beach and pools and great tennis courts. Bike rides along the beach are awesome! The resort is well kept and quiet. It is conveniently located to wonderful restaraunts, tourist attractions and shopping. And seafood ...Fresh shrimps were unbelievably sweet and tasty!!! You should taste it for sure! It is a pleasure doing business with owners and we would recommend this condo to anyone who is considering a trip to Hilton Head Thank you, Lisa! We had an awesome time and look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in a fantastic setting! I would highly recommend this location for a getaway! I felt so at home there—clean, neat and perfectly located just a stone’s throw away from everything! Very well kept and stocked with everything we needed! We stayed at this lovely condo last summer (2010). It was a wonderful vacation. We had an enjoyable experience and all of the condo's conveniences made it so comforting with all the amenities of home. A vacation that we would love to repeat at some point.

The accommodations felt like "home away from home". We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo and how clean and modern it is. The condo was "stocked" with everything we needed including any cooking utensils needed for a "home-cooked" meal. The beach buggies provided along with beach chairs made our short walk to the beach very pleasant. The owners of this condo are extremely friendly, professional, and willing to meet the needs of the guest including providing abundant information and recommendations for attractions and restaurants in the area. We highly recommend eating at the Sea Shack. We waited in line for over an hour but well worth the wait. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is seeking a comfortable, relaxing, home-away-from home vacation. We will be repeat guests for sure!

This will be my 5th summer returning to this vacation condo. It is so peaceful! This condo is very clean! The bedroom are roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is equipt to prepare any meal or late night snack. The 2 bathrooms are very clean. It is my home away from home!

We stayed in this Condo for a week in July 2009. We loved the location...close to the tennis courts and close to the gate to the beach. We have stayed in several condos at Fiddler's Cove, and this was one of the best. Loved being on the first floor (no suitcases or groceries to haul up the stairs). Condo was very neat and clean. We are hoping to return to Fiddler's Cove in 2010, and we would like to rent this same unit again. We had a great time in Hilton Head. We played tennis every morning, went to the Beach for about 3hrs., came back and went to some wonderful places for dinner, and finally, we had rented bikes for the week, and rode for about 1 1/2 hrs. Looking forward to returning!!

We highly recommend this condo for your next vacation in Fiddler Cove. We stayed there for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The unit was very clean. The location of the villa is excellent to both pools and the beach. The owners are great people - it was a pleasure to rent from them. Will definitely come back again.
