This is a beautiful Villa located directly on the grounds of the exclusive and prestigious Rio Mar Country Club and the Wyndham (formerly Westin) Rio Mar Beach and Golf Resort. You will have all of the amenities that the resort has to offer, including a PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BEACH CLUB without the cramped quarters of a hotel room.
The open-planning design gives you a large and airy perspective. There is a fully-equipped large kitchen (even a built-in wine cooler!) with an adjoining dining room and a sunken living room. A separate den with a one-half bath has a queen-sized sleep-sofa for additional guests. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and full, modern, European-style bath and toilette. The second bedroom has two Queen-sized beds and full bath.
A very large Terrace comes off the Master Bedroom and Living Room, and opens directly on to the gardens of the complex--offering you a beautiful area for barbecuing, or just relaxing while your children (if any) play on the lawn. Or, if you like, it is just a short stroll to the magnificent new Country Club and Grill for lunch or dinner. Of course there are loads of restaurants either at the Westin Hotel or off the grounds.
