Beachfront, Venice Florida, Gulf Coast, beautiful, one and two-bedroom, full-furnished, ranch-style, condominium units with an attached lanai (Florida room) are available for your vacation rental of a lifetime. Located directly on the beach on the Island of Venice, Florida.

All accommodations include: fresh linens and towels upon arrival (however daily maid service is not available); full-equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home including: refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils; central air-conditioning and heating system; Cable TV; VCR; DVD player; ceiling fans; clock radio; answering machine; free local telephone service.

Huge, Olympic-sized swimming pool and two gazebos overlooking the ocean, just beyond the golden sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico, are available for your relaxation. Take Pleasure in some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Enjoy the on-site shuffleboard courts. On-site laundry facilities are available for your convenience.

  • King Bed: Our two-bedroom condo includes a king bed in the master bedroom. We additionally can offer our guests a one-bedroom condo with a king bed.
  • Queen Bed: Our two-bedroom condo offers a queen bed in the additional second bedroom.
  • Double Bed (2): Two of our one-bedroom condos offer a two-double bed sleeping arrangement.
  • Convertible Bed: All of our condominium units have a least one sleeper sofa bed in each unit. The sofa beds may be located either in the living room or on the lanai depending upon the unit.

  • Cable/Satellite TV (2): All or our condominium units have at least two TV's with cable provided. Typically there is one TV in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom. Some of our condo units also have a TV on the lanai.

  • Shared Pool: The condominium complex offers all guests a huge Olympic size swimming pool to utilize for their enjoyment.

  • Full Kitchen: All of our condominium units offer a full equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home. Our kitchens contain: full size refrigerator; electric stove/oven; microwave; coffee maker; complete set of glassware, dishware, silverware, cookware, and cooking utensils.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided: Our full equipped kitchens are complete with pots/pans & cutlery for preparing meals.
  • Refrigerator: Each one of our condo units contain either a full size or an apartment size refrigerator/freezer.
  • Dishwasher: Our two-bedroom condo offers guests a full size built-in dishwasher.
  • Microwave: All of our condo units include microwave ovens.

  • Lanai: All of our condominium units have an attached lanai (Florida room) for our guests to relax in.
  • Gazebo (2): There are two gazebos situated directly in front of the golden, sandy beach overlooking the gulf of Mexico. Our guests can enjoy the gazebos by watching some of the most beautiful sunsets ever seen. Sit back, relax, and sip a cool drink while taking in the pristine beachfront view.

  • Kid Friendly: Children are always welcome at our beachfront condos. Kids can be entertained by utilizing the Olympic swimming pool, playing on the sandy beach, or playing shuffleboard on the premises. Our two-bedroom condo is situated directly in front of the Olympic swimming pool which makes it convenient for parents to keep an eye on the kids while they are swimming. Our one-bedroom condos are situated in a court-yard setting so that children may be closely watched by parents.

The Venice area offers several supermarkets, many restaurnats to choose from, a hospital, and the Venice Little Theater which offers live performances.
