Venice Vacation Rentals provides spacious, full-furnished ranch-style Venice FL vacation condos, with an attached lanai (Florida room), that are available for your beach holiday. All of our Venice Florida vacation rental accommodations include: fresh linens and towels upon arrival, a full equipped kitchen, central air conditioning and heating, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, ceiling fans, clock radios, and free local telephone service. All of our vacation rental villas are tastefully decorated and are comfortable for your entire family. Some of our Venice Florida rentals even provide high-speed internet access which must be requested at the time of reservation.
Venice Vacation Rentals also offers different sleeping arrangements. You may choose from a single king size bed, two double beds, a full size bed with two twin beds, or one king bed and one queen bed in our two-bedroom Venice Florida condo. In addition, all condo units include a sleeper sofa.

Why the Owner Chose Venice Villas
I chose to purchase vacation rental condominiums in Venice Florida because of our beachfront location and the quiet uncrowded atmosphere surrounding our villas. In addition, Venice is known for its friendly, small-town feel, its quaint shopping center of low-rise buildings that are primarily in a Mediterranean style, and its lovely boulevard shaded by giant live oaks that extends from downtown to the beckoning beach.
The beach, starting at the northern edge of the city where the Venice jetties open a passage from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Gulf of Mexico, extends for miles. Much of it is undeveloped and merges into Sarasota County’s Caspersen Beach Park. Prehistoric sharks' teeth (there is no problem with sharks) are found on the beaches at Venice and Caspersen. Venice is known as the “Shark’s Tooth Capital of the World.”
In addition to the lovely beach, a central park along Venice's main street, Venice Avenue, is the site of concerts, arts and craft shows, and various special events. Besides visiting the quaint shops, boutiques, and the central park along Venice Avenue, Venice offers many other activities to its residents and guests alike. There are many public golf courses to enjoy in the Venice area for the golf enthusiast. Fishermen have an abundance of areas to sport for that big catch too. Fishing is very popular at the 750 foot long Venice Municipal Fishing Pier located on Venice Island. In addition, the North and South Jetty's are also very popular for fishing. Of course, much fishing is also done in the surf directly on the beaches.
The most common response of people who move here or who return each year to visit, is, “When we drove down Venice Avenue past the shops and parks and saw the beach, we knew this was where we wanted to be.” I invite you to see for yourself.

Some of the unique benefits that you'll enjoy while staying at our vacation rental villas are as follows: Our condominium complex sits directly on Golden Beach, right on the Gulf of Mexico. This allows our guests to take a very short walk to reach our beachfront. In addition, Venice Island provides a 5-10 minute convenient drive to all area amenities including: the downtown shopping district, grocery stores, restaurants, lounges, golf courses, theater, fishing holes, the area hospital, etc. If you enjoy open-air dining, be sure to stop by "Sharkey's on the Pier" for your tropical dining experience. On Sunday evenings, they also have a Reggae band that is very fun to dance to!!

My name is Jerry (the fellow in the middle). Here you see me with two of my best friends that also like to vacation in Venice, Florida. I am retired and I have been a Michigan resident living in the metropolitan Detroit area all of my life. I like to vacation in Venice Florida and would LOVE to live there permanently. Due to family ties, however, I keep my permanent residence in Michigan.
After my wife and I purchased our first rental condominium in 1990, we've been going back to vacation in Venice often. As our family grew, we found Venice Florida to be the perfect place to take our kids and grandchildren. None of us could get enough of the golden, sandy beach. We always had fun swimming, sunning, shelling, fishing, and searching for pre-historic shark teeth on our beachfront. There was no question; we did the right thing by investing in our own "Venice beach condo." As years past, my sons and I purchased five additional villas that we all could enjoy while we all vacation together. We trust that you'll enjoy our villas just as much as we do!!
