This three bedroom, two bath home features new Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout, tiled remodeled bathrooms and a kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances including a Bosch gas cook top, and a double convection oven, perfect for Holiday dinners.
LIVING & DINING ROOM:
The formal dining room features a large table with seating for eight. A two sided fireplace separates the living room from the dining room. Enjoy TVs with cable/HBO/DVD/VCR, high speed internet access, video, DVD library, books and comfortable Restoration Hardware furnishings and even a Steinway piano.
KITCHEN & OUTDOOR DINING:
The large kitchen features an eat-in bar table and chairs. The large covered patio has a comfortable conversation area, dining table and hammocks. There is a barbeque for entertaining. The outdoor hot water shower and private jacuzzi are perfect for after the beach! The large fenced in yard is perfect for children and pets.

Our La Jolla beach home also features a large covered patio with a comfortable conversation area, dining table, hammocks, outdoor hot water shower, private jacuzzi, and barbeque grill. The large fully fenced in yard with southwest exposure is perfect for children and pets.
NEARBY LA JOLLA ATTRACTIONS:
The California Classic is just a couple of blocks away from Busy Bee Bagels for breakfast, Su Casa for Mexican dining and the Mandarin House for fine Chinese cuisine. Many other world class restaurants are in the Village of La Jolla close by. SK Sanctuary, a luxury day spa is just steps away for massages, facials and more.
A 50 meter heated swimming pool,the Coggan Aquatic Center, is just a block away! There is also a bike trail with ocean views, great for dog walking, jogging and biking just a few blocks away. This trail extends to Ocean Front Walk for a 10 mile loop of scenic riding.
