PARADISO is a five-bedroom luxury home just off Route 192, in Orange Tree, on Route 27, adjacent to Kissimmee (a ten-minute drive to Disney).
PARADISO has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including a sunken tub. Every room has a cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and there is central A/C throughout. There are two master suites with king-sized beds and private bathrooms, two queen-sized bedrooms and a Peter Pan and Tinkerbell room with twin-beds. There is also a queen-sized pullout couch.
PARADISO has a very large screened-in sundeck with a custom designed heated swimming pool that has 2 built in seats, a deep hot tub spa, and lounges for sunning. The covered lanai features a large table with comfy chairs, a ceiling fan, and an optional safety fence. The two side doors provide direct access to bathrooms and make it easy to dash out to the hot tub spa on chilly nights. There is also a BBQ grill right outside the screen door.
PARADISO has free high-speed wireless Internet (please bring your laptop) and free long distance phone calls. The gameroom has a full-sized billiards/pool table, foosball table, kids' hockey/ping-pong/billards table, dartboard, stereo, and many games to play.
PARADISO's living room has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and 3 skylights. The large cable TV has surround sound speakers and stereo with a 5-disk cd changer, VCR/DVD player and a Playstation 2.
PARADISO is beautifully furnished and decorated; including a pack-n-play portable crib and high chair, plenty of towels, two sets of linens and a separate laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.
PARADISO has a spacious kitchen with table and chairs, along with an island with stools so you can seat 12 for meals. It has all the small appliances and everything you could need for cooking at home. We have a management company that insures everything you need is always available. It is PARADISO!
PARADISO may be rented for any number of days and the starting day may be any day of the week.
HAVING A LARGE GROUP??? We also have a 4-bedroom house (Hakuna Matata) right across the street, which has all of the same features. You could have a reunion with 9 bedrooms; two pullout couches...two houses and pools, etc. VRBO listing 70375.

Why the Owner Chose Orange Tree
After years of family vacations in hotels in central Florida, we decided to rent a house. We'd never stay at a hotel again and decided to buy "Paradiso" as a family. Together we have put our hearts into our home to try to make it as fun and comfortable as possible for guests.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Since we bought the house before it was built, we were able to design the pool and hottub (close to the house) and extend the sundeck so there is room for sunbathing all the way around the pool. Its is also higher than the neighbors so there is privacy. Sunrise, sunset or Disney's fireworks are all wonderful sights from the sundeck.
We have tried to add luxuries and decorate "Paradiso" beautifully.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation in Orlando one primary reason being the home we stayed in. This was a fabulous home which had a great layout not only for our family but definately for a second family allowing lots of privacy yet places to gather together. After a busy day at the amusement parks our teenagers gravitated to home as they enjoyed the pool, emailing their friends back in Canada, playing in the games room or watching TV. My husband and I enjoyed the master ensuite which had a very comfortable King size bed, with own private TV, great bathroom which had a huge shower, double sinks and especially enjoyed the hot tub which was located next to the pool. We felt that had our own retreat suite temporarily away from the kids!!! This home was clean, well-maintained and the community was peaceful and most importanly safe. We hope to return to Orlando and will definatley book this home again.

This home was perfect for our family. Close enough to enjoy everything but far enough away to be away. Also there is a Publix next door that is very clean and has some of the most amazing staff. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I together with four of our children and all seven grandchildren stayed here from 7/24 to 7/29. Everything was fine and the children had a ball in the pool especially the two 2-yr olds and the two month old, LOL. The temperature was so high that the pool was very warm so that we did not have to heat it for the baby. They enjoyed the game-room even though it stayed hot because of no AC. Sleeping arrangement was great and layout and decoration of villa is great and sort of child-proof to some extent. We definitely would rent again and also recommend.

Kristen & Kevin - Thanks for sharing your WONDERFUL vacation home with our family. Needless to say we had a G-R-E-A-T time. The location was outstanding - near to Disney, shopping, golf (and more golf), church, and even for a visit to a relative who lives south of Clermont. The pool and spa were a big hit with everyone. We were able to see the fireworks from Disney which our little granddaughters were so excited about. A great time was had by everyone.

Kristin and Kevin, Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in your home. We had two families for a total of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed what we could see of the Disney Fireworks at night. We hope to come back again.

Our church had its youth retreat at this home. % teens and 4 adults attended. The home was perfect for this purpose. We swam, played pool, foosball and darts. The pool filter was not working the first night, but when I called at 9 am they had a repair man there by 9:30 am. WOW! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc and the bedrooms were perfect. We also enjoyed the use of the internet. All of our teens and our sponsers begged me to do it again next year. I won't let them down.

The home was exactly as described. We were four families with a total of 4 children from ages 3-7- the kids loved it. We were actually there to go to Disney for my son's birthday which we did but the kids could not wait to get back to the house after Disney to go in the pool! The jacuzzi also helped our tired feet after the day at the Magic Kingdom. The house was very relaxing and everyone in our group had a great time!

We spent 10 days in this beatiful house. The kids enjoyed the pool all the time. Each bedroom with its own TV, comfortable bathrooms nice bathroooms, a kitchen will all facilities and an ambience that invites relaxation. We spent a lot of time playing with the indoor games. It was an unforgettable experience for all of us.

Kristin, The weather was great, the golf was great and the house was great. This was our groups third year of staying in Orlando and playing golf all week. The house we normally use was not availiable and that worked out because this was by far the better house. We each had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselve. I would highly recommend your home anyone and challenge them to find anything better. We will definitely want to stay next year. P.S. A big screen HDTV would put you over the top. Thanks
