This home was perfect for our family. Close enough to enjoy everything but far enough away to be away. Also there is a Publix next door that is very clean and has some of the most amazing staff. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I together with four of our children and all seven grandchildren stayed here from 7/24 to 7/29. Everything was fine and the children had a ball in the pool especially the two 2-yr olds and the two month old, LOL. The temperature was so high that the pool was very warm so that we did not have to heat it for the baby. They enjoyed the game-room even though it stayed hot because of no AC. Sleeping arrangement was great and layout and decoration of villa is great and sort of child-proof to some extent. We definitely would rent again and also recommend.

Kristen & Kevin - Thanks for sharing your WONDERFUL vacation home with our family. Needless to say we had a G-R-E-A-T time. The location was outstanding - near to Disney, shopping, golf (and more golf), church, and even for a visit to a relative who lives south of Clermont. The pool and spa were a big hit with everyone. We were able to see the fireworks from Disney which our little granddaughters were so excited about. A great time was had by everyone.

Kristin and Kevin, Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in your home. We had two families for a total of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed what we could see of the Disney Fireworks at night. We hope to come back again.

Our church had its youth retreat at this home. % teens and 4 adults attended. The home was perfect for this purpose. We swam, played pool, foosball and darts. The pool filter was not working the first night, but when I called at 9 am they had a repair man there by 9:30 am. WOW! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc and the bedrooms were perfect. We also enjoyed the use of the internet. All of our teens and our sponsers begged me to do it again next year. I won't let them down.

Perfect getaway home

The home was exactly as described. We were four families with a total of 4 children from ages 3-7- the kids loved it. We were actually there to go to Disney for my son's birthday which we did but the kids could not wait to get back to the house after Disney to go in the pool! The jacuzzi also helped our tired feet after the day at the Magic Kingdom. The house was very relaxing and everyone in our group had a great time!

Beatiful House

We spent 10 days in this beatiful house. The kids enjoyed the pool all the time. Each bedroom with its own TV, comfortable bathrooms nice bathroooms, a kitchen will all facilities and an ambience that invites relaxation. We spent a lot of time playing with the indoor games. It was an unforgettable experience for all of us.

Great Home and Community Location

Our family really enjoyed our vacation in Orlando one primary reason being the home we stayed in. This was a fabulous home which had a great layout not only for our family but definately for a second family allowing lots of privacy yet places to gather together. After a busy day at the amusement parks our teenagers gravitated to home as they enjoyed the pool, emailing their friends back in Canada, playing in the games room or watching TV. My husband and I enjoyed the master ensuite which had a very comfortable King size bed, with own private TV, great bathroom which had a huge shower, double sinks and especially enjoyed the hot tub which was located next to the pool. We felt that had our own retreat suite temporarily away from the kids!!! This home was clean, well-maintained and the community was peaceful and most importanly safe. We hope to return to Orlando and will definatley book this home again.

Kristin, The weather was great, the golf was great and the house was great. This was our groups third year of staying in Orlando and playing golf all week. The house we normally use was not availiable and that worked out because this was by far the better house. We each had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselve. I would highly recommend your home anyone and challenge them to find anything better. We will definitely want to stay next year. P.S. A big screen HDTV would put you over the top. Thanks

Kristin, Thank you and your family so much for opening up your beautiful home to us!! We absolutely loved it! The space, the location (close to Wal-Mart), and all the bathrooms!! We knew we had a place to come home and rest after a long day at Universal Studios and we really appreciated the pool to relax by at night. Kristin, Just wanted to let you know that everything went great at the house. We really enjoyed staying there. You have a beautiful house! It was so nice to have enough room that everyone had a bed with privacy and enough bathrooms to go around. The pool and hot tub was so nice. The hot tub did get a little too hot after it was on for a while. We just got in the pool and that cooled us off very quickly! I think we scheduled too many days of theme parks because I would of liked to have spent more time at the house. Our grandson said he was looking forward to coming back to Florida in 4 years (It had been 4 years since we went to Disneyland). If that happens we'll definitely stay in one of your houses again. Keith & Kristin, Thank you for providing my family with a wonderful home during our Disney vacation! We spent most of our days busy in the Theme Parks and were able to come home to a place that provided all the comforts of home! It was so close to Disney we were able to save money by coming back to the house for lunch or dinner, and then return for a fun filled evening at the parks! The warm pool was amazing in the cool evening air and just what we needed after our busy days. A Hotel just doesn't provide the comforts that your home does! And at the same cost! Kristin and Kevin, We want to let you know how much all of us enjoyed your house in Orlando. It was great to return to a home like environment after a busy and tiring day at the various parks. The weather was hot and humid all week which added to the fatigue effect on us. We, especially our Grandson, enjoyed the very nice pool each evening. It was nice to have the privacy that it provided.
