Ocean Heights is a new house consisting of 2 separate units that can be rented together or separately. Nosara is rapidly becoming a destination of choice and rentals rates are rising. Ocean Heights' low price has been tailored for the budget traveler. It can be rented by the week or the month or even longer.

The top unit is a 1-bedroom apartment with spacious bedroom with queen-size bed, private bathroom, dining and living room with Direct TV, large kitchen with all appliances, large pantry with washer and dryer. A large balcony with view on the Pacific complement the top floor. An alarm system has been installed for your security

The bottom unit is a nice studio with queen-size bed,kitchen and separate bathroom, TV and DVD player. It has a private entrance and terrace with hammock and view of the Pacific.

Calendar is updated when 1-bedroom apartment is rented. Please inquire for availability on the studio at any time, as it might not be rented along with the top unit.

The house is located at only 5 minutes by car from Playa Pelada and 10 minutes from Playa Guiones. A vehicle is recommended for convenient acces to shopping and restaurant facilites.
