Relaxation and comfort is what this 2600 sq ft, brand new lodge style home was designed for. New throughout. This home features a huge tiled kitchen with hickory cabinets, hickory floors and a granite tile 2-seat eating bar next to dining area.
The dining area adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with a large antique Chinese door that services as the dining table. This seats 10 comfortably. The kitchen has an abundance of dishes, cookware, spices, etc.
The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, leather couch and love seat, and ample open space.

......has ample walk-in closet, full elegant double shower.

There is a spacious Family Bonus room upstairs with sectional couch with full sleeper. Family Bonus Room has draped curtains that can close to provide more privacy. Bonus is equipped TV/DVD/JVC player. It also has a full sized foos ball table. Perfect for kids or a separate group to get their own space and activities away from the main floor!
Separate Laundry room up stairs with washer/dryer; Laundry room includes private shower and commode.
There are many great books to read and games to play. All linens are provided.
Large attached double garage with room for skis, bikes, etc. Includes Ping pong table, some bicycles.

We love coming to Bend during the spring for skiing and sun. This house is in a great location, right at the beginning of the highway to Mt Bachelor, and also very close to downtown and the Old Mill district. Two bathrooms upstairs have showers, which is nice. We also got a lot of use from the hot tub, which was very clean and a good size. No complaints here, this is a great property to consider if you are coming to Bend any time soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This house was perfect and just what we wanted. In a great location for everything, very spacious. The kitchen and dining area were great for hanging out. Plenty of room for all the people. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (except crushed red pepper!) for all the cooking we did. The beds were super comfortable. Hot tub was perfect. The pull out couch in the family room was pretty uncomfortable, but the aerobed was top notch and we used that instead. Everyone was really happy with the house and we are looking forward to booking it again for a ski weekend.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have rented this house twice this winter with our HS Nordic team. It has worked out great with the large family room for kids to sleep in, 3 adult bedrooms (huge master bathroom) and one bunk bed room with 4 great beds for the other kids. The awesome living room table and open floor plan work out well. The hot tub is a plus. Location very convenient for going to and from the mountain. We'll be back next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just booked this house again for a long weekend. This is one of the few quality rentals in Bend. From bedding to kitchen to bath rooms, everything is finished in style and quality (so no cheap linens and bad matrasses as in other rentals we stayed in). Location is great, close to everything, parking is easy.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The house was perfect, very clean and upscale, beds extremely comfortable, clean hot tub, well stocked kitchen...the only downfall is that it is extremely close to the neighbors. As long as your in the house it is great, otherwise it feels like you don't have any privacy, and there were little unstated until you arrived to read the sign rules like not hot tubbing after 10pm because of it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
