Our luxury, four-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-story villa is located on the western edge of Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The tranquil and secluded pool deck has four sun loungers and a table and chairs and because of its position benefits from the sun all day, there is also a covered area with ceiling fan, which enables you to sit around the pool whatever the weather enjoying the wonderful view over the conservation area.
As we have four children of our own the house is very child friendly. We have a games room with pool table and air hockey there is also playstation 2 with games, a selection of video's, dvd's, board games and tennis rackets.
Our villa is looked after by a local management company who actually live on Highlands Reserve and they offer a personal service unlike some of the larger companies.
Highlands Reserve is situated on Highway 27 just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is a very well-stocked supermarket and restaurant within walking distance from the villa and the 192 is only a short drive away with a great choice of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
There is a large community swimming pool, tennis court, and children's play area. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is a par 72 championship course with 120-foot elevations. The club offers practice facilities, golf shop, and snack bar.
