The master bedroom features access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf, a king-size bed, and large walk-in closet. Master bath has a large jetted tub with separate glassed-in shower. Guest bedroom has twin beds with a large closet and a full bath with an oversized shower/tub.
The beach has been recently restored and we now have 300' of pure white sand between you and the magnificent water to walk for miles. There are two pools (one heated) with a jetted hot tub.

Great place to stay. We've been going to Navarre since the 90's when the kids were 3/7. They are now 19/23 and we all still love Navarre. This has been by far the best Condo we've been privileged to experience. Easy Access; Clean, secure; Freshly up kept, nothing needed but our food and essentials, and the views are great. Owner was very responsive to a small issue we had with a small leak; Checked on within the hour, and Plumber was there next day. Wish we had booked a few days more, but was a great time. Will definitely be back....and would love to retire there.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Upon arriving we ran into a little hiccup with the keys, but the owner was very quick to respond and the rest of the stay was without incident. This condo is a "must stay". The place is so spacious! We were really impressed with the size of the rooms. From the view on the 16th floor we saw dolphins, rays and even a small shark. The condo is as exactly depicted in the photos and very comfortable. The pool and surrounding grounds are kept up very nicely. The beach was pristine and the water clear and inviting. The weather during the stay was exceptional. The added benefit of having security makes one feel safe and secure. Navarre Beach is the perfect place to stay to get away from it all. This was our first visit to Navarre Beach. We would love to revisit this condo!! This condo gets a thumbs up from us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as it was shown in the photographs, and the view from the balcony was even better! The unit was very clean with plenty of linens available. Gorgeous view! After a week of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, rays, and pelicans, all viewed from our 16th floor balcony, it was so hard to leave today. My husband and I had a fabulous time. The condo was very comfortable and very clean. The owners were great to deal with. Don't hesitate to reserve this condo. The owner of this condo describes it prefectly, "16th floor, on the beach, NEED I SAY MORE!!!!" The condo was perfect in everyway, decorated beautifully, and you have everything you need for cooking and eating in. The million dollar view from the balcony is wonderful for watching dancing dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, breathtaking sunrises, and beautiful sunsets. The owner was great to deal with, answered every question immediately. Everyone should treat themselves to a stay at this condo, you will love it! We all wanted to cry when we had to leave. We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Navarre beach. The condo was awesome - immaculate, comfy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We were only steps from the beach and fishing pier, and many restaurants and shops were nearby in either Pensacola or Fort Walton Beach/Destin area. If you go, I suggest you pay the $8 fee (per week!) to enter the Fort Pickins / Florida National Park seashore park. Pristine, clear water, and very few people at the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the gulf area. I hope to come back next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Terrific short vacation and wonderful property. The views and accommodations are first class. This was our 4th visit to Navarre and we continue to enjoy it immensely. It's always sad to leave! Will plan on returning.Recommended for: Age 55+.

we had such a wonderful time at your place. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great condo with everything you need. The 16th floor view was beautiful for morning coffee, to grab a bite of lunch in the shade off the beach, dinner or just watching the moon and hearing the waves. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with and helpful (we were there just before Ivan came in). This is a close enough to lots of beach attractions but far enough that you can enjoy JUST THE BEACH and your family.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
