The master bedroom features access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf, a king-size bed, and large walk-in closet. Master bath has a large jetted tub with separate glassed-in shower. Guest bedroom has twin beds with a large closet and a full bath with an oversized shower/tub.
The beach has been recently restored and we now have 300' of pure white sand between you and the magnificent water to walk for miles. There are two pools (one heated) with a jetted hot tub.

We currently live in the mountains of Asheville, NC. We own a Bed & Breakfast called North Lodge on Oakland there which keeps us running at a brisk pace for most of the year. We so look forward to our getaways at The Pearl.

Very clean and family oriented condo. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Owner's are extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had such a great stay in this unit! Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and a great view of the pier and beach. Also great collection of cookware for those who like to eat in. Owner was very pleasant to deal with, and you can't beat the fall rates and free cleaning anywhere else! Very fuss-free, relaxing vacation.

Although we have previously vacationed at The Pearl, this particular unit was very well appointed and both child and adult friendly. (Beautiful for adults-not a lot of breakables to hide from little people!) In addition to the condo's ammenities, we were especially thankful for the owner's private collection of beach toys/chairs that were available for our use.
