Sitting right across from the 12,000 square-foot, community pool is this fantastic brand new beach house with porches on every level providing the perfect locations for relaxing in "A Summer Breeze". Spaciously designed and professionally decorated, you will be delighted with your incredible accommodations.
Ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, upscale kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless appliances, plus one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. A large master suite with a King bed and adjoining bath plus a King guest room with bath and extra trundle bed are found on the second floor. A second master suite with Queen, adjoining bath and wet bar is located on the top floor. Fantastic views of the magnificent community pool and views of the Gulf of Mexico from upper porches.
Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or take advantage of the free shuttle service available during peak season. Enjoy the nearby shops at Rosemary Beach and the Village of South Walton-right next door. Parking for four cars. Internet access is available (not wireless). A Summer Breeze is usually rented for a minimum of 7-nights Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer. Shorter stays will be considered closer to those seasons. Some dogs that are well-behaved and 30 pounds or less may also be allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
