Sitting right across the neighborhood street from the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool is this fantastic beach house with porch and deck space on every level and on both sides of the home. Spaciously designed and professionally decorated, you will be delighted with your beautiful accommodations.
Ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, upscale kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless appliances, plus one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with shower. Dining table seats six with additional seating for three at breakfast bar. A large master suite with a King bed plus extra trundle bed and adjoining bath with garden tub and separate shower are on second floor. Another King guest room with bath are also on the second floor. A master suite with Queen bed and adjoining bath and a wet bar room is located on the top floor. Neighborhood views and a small view of the Gulf of Mexico can be see from the south side 3rd floor deck. Neighborhood views can also be seen from the north side 3rd floor deck. Table with chairs on both 3rd floor decks! Wireless high speed Internet access is also available. Some dogs that are well-behaved and 25 pounds or less will be considered for an extra non-refundable pet fee. Smoking is not allowed.

Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or take advantage of the free shuttle service available during peak season. Guests can call the shuttle driver, and he or she will pick you up right at your beach house. Enjoy the nearby shops at Rosemary Beach and the Village of South Walton that are only a short walk or bike ride away. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the home. Summer Breeze is usually rented for a minimum of 7-nights Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer. Shorter stays will be considered closer to arrival dates. Minimum stays may also be required over major holiday weekends.
