  If you are looking around on this site and debating where to stay (as I did) in Newport Beach I would highly recomend this place. We stayed here the weekend of April 19th and had a great experience! The place sits right on the sand which was great for me because I brought my surfboard and the waves right out front were awesome when we stayed there! The place is also very large and the living room has large glass that allows you to look directly at the ocean from all places (kitchen etc.). The highlight of the home in my opinion is master bedroom which, besides being large, sits facing the ocean right in front of you where you can sleep with the sound of the waves and has its own balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning while taking in the view. Another aspect I enjoyed was the up to date decor and electronics. I could not have asked for a better way to spend a relaxing weekend and Pat (the owner) was very nice and easy to speak with.

  We love renting here. My family has rented 3 years in a row and can't wait to get back. Love the patio and beach access. Amazing sunsets and surf break right in your backyard. Really like being close to but not in front of the strand, as you have best of both worlds. House is very clean, very nice. Have only needed to contact the owner once in 3 years and heard back immediately. Can't wait to go back - strong recommendation.

  My family has rented this place for three years in a row. Incredibly relaxing, great sunsets, great surf break in your backyard. Love the patio, beach access and being a few blocks off the strand. Updated amenities, complemented by an amzing master BR. In three years we've only experienced one problem, and the owner was extremely attentive. You can't go wrong here!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was our 3rd time renting this house and once again it was great. We all had a great time and the house was great and very comfortable for our group. The weather was great. The beach is great for playing or laying out and enjoying the area. The area is very quiet but yet close enough to the boardwalk and pier to get there quickly to enjoy the shops and eateries there. It is also close to quite a few of the adventure parks like Disneyland, etc. We will definitely rent this house again.

  This was are 3rd time at this rental and once again we had a great time. The house was great and comfortable for our group and the weather was also great. The beach there is just great for playing and laying out and just enjoying the area. It is nice and quiet but yet close enough to the boardwalk and pier to get there fairly quickly and look around and enjoy all the shops and eateries. It is also fairly close to Disneyland/California Adventure and all the other adventure parks in the area. Great place to vacation for either a group or a family get together. We will definitely rent this house again.

  We had such a great time! Very clean. Beautiful home. We will definitely be back! Plenty of parking. We usually stay on the boardwalk but it was so much nicer being right on the sand. Very peaceful, not so crowded.
