Nice place, but....

We stayed here for one night with some friends. It was a great little place and would have worked even if we were staying longer. My only complaint is the amount of chores that you were required to do upon check out. I'm all for not leaving the place trashed but we had to do quite a bit and at the time there was still a cleaning fee. We had to strip the beds ourselves, wipe down the bathroom and kitchen, and sweep the floor. Pretty ridiculous to have a cleaning fee (which wasn't cheap at the time we stayed) and make me do half the work.....

Our guests are asked to leave the property in the same general condition as when they found it. After our guests check-out, a housekeeping service comes in to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for the next family's arrival. We stayed in this beautiful home on our visit to San Francisco. It was nestled in the hills of the Twin Peaks area. The bus stop was right at the end of the block and was extremely easy to access. The neighborhood is great and the location is perfect. Only 5-10 minutes away from San Fran's most popular areas (Castro, Market, Height, etc.). We had a wonderful time and recommended it to any vacationers looking for something more at home than a hotel. And the price could not be beat!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
