This beautifully-furnished 1330 square-foot condominium is located on Vista Lago Circle with spectacular 5TH Hole fairway views & 9TH hole lake view. The lower grass level condominium features an open floor plan, living and dining areas with a wet bar and gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors off the living room leads to patio and on to the golf course with spectacular SanRosa mountain views. Two large heated swimming pools and spas are only a few minutes' walk away; also minutes away from gym, tennis courts and the clubhouse.
The master suite has a king-sized bed with TV & VHS, access to the patio, and its own bathroom, including a wide two-sink vanity. The second bedroom has one Queen and a full bathroom. Added sleeping arrangements needed to be made by RENTERS.
A separate laundry room contains a full-sized, top-loading washer and dryer. There is an attached one-car garage with automatic garage door opener & a long driveway could hold 3 cars. Fully furnished including a sofa, one recliners chair, beds, gas grill, and kitchen and laundry appliances.

My husband and I have been visiting DFCC for 13 years. This is a nice lower two bedroom condo. The beds are very comfortable and could sleep at least six. It is furnished very nicely, sofa and chair are vey comfy. Very clean, lots of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked. Early morning I enjoyed having a cup of tea on the patio as I watched the golfers and enjoyed looking at all the different golf carts. My husband enjoyed the golf and tennis and I enjoyed my bike ride, walks and floating in the pool. We had the best weather and great vacation. Hope it's avaiable next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well appointed. We especially liked that we could reserve tennis courts early in the morning, which is always an issue during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
