This recently renovated two bedroom condominium is two stories and has stunning panoramic views of the beach from the 6th floor. Our condominium is located at Sunchase IV, one of South Padre Island's most popular resorts, and is close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Our inviting condo is a perfect location for families and friends. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms have beautiful beach views and private bathrooms. The condo also has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, oceanview balcony, and a gated entrance.
The property is also equipped with a fitness facility, sauna and steam room as well as a racquetball facility, tennis courts and outdoor pools, including a heated one.
Enjoy the many attractions in the area including the Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort, fishing, shopping, golfing, or spend a day shopping the open air markets in Matamoros, Mexico (be sure to bring your passport or birth certificate).
