Enjoy the open floor plan with friends and family. For the cooks, we offer a complete kitchen with all the amenities, new pots, pans and pyrex for 2009! Breakfast bar connects kitchen with sunroom. Our sunroom offers perfect viewing for evening sunsets. Two master on-suite bedrooms, three additional bedrooms (two with adjoining full bath), library with sleeper, and pull out sofa in family room, in all sleeps 14 comfortably. All bedrooms equipped with TV's and DVD players. PlayStation also in home. Wireless internet also provided. Plenty of space. (beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins, 2 pull out sofa beds). Linens are also available to rent for a nominal fee.
Community offers pool and lamp post lighting, perfect for walking. Directly across the street you will find Bear Trap Dunes, a lovely 27 hole championship golf course. The home is equipped with bikes for the whole family to explore the community or take a short ride to the beach, entire route is lined with bike paths. Boardwalk is a short ride away offering shops and plenty of eateries. Miniature Golf, Outlet Shopping, and Water Parks nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we wanted/needed. It was immaculately cleaned, convenient to everything and such a quiet/laid back area that it was pretty much an ideal place to spend our vacation. We visited the beach at OC one day but spent the rest of the days at Bethany, (way too many rowdy, loud and even drunk teens in OC) just a much nicer beach over all. It was really nice to have so much room to spread out in while at the property and we LOVED being able to take our dog with us as well.The property's location offered so many options with OC, the beach, Berlin Church of Christ (our vaca church), mini golf and restaurants close enough and yet still not in a high traffice area. We found the kitchen to be adequately stocked, the bedrooms all contained tv's, the deck has a bbq and table with chairs and umbrella. The internet was easily accessible, the pool was very nice without being crowded. The master bedroom is huge and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen and family room are also spacious. The owner and the agent were both very accessible and accomodating. We enjoyed eating at Grottos, Al Casapullo's and Brass Balls in OC. It's convenient to grocery stores (look for member cards in kitchen drawers, we didn't find them until later in the week but still got the discounts at the stores with a phone number), shopping and of course OCMD. The Bethany boardwalk is small and quaint but worth the visit. Fenwick Island is close by and dog friendly. We loved taking our pup there to share the beach experience with her, even though she loved digging in the sand more than playing in the water. There is a ton of things to do and we would definitely rent this property again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

Really nice house, we enjoyed staying there. Nice and clean. Kitchen needs a few more pots, pans, baking dishes. Otherwise a great house! Wasn't informed that the community pool would be closed which was disappointing.

We just had the most enjoyable vacation week at this beautiful home in many years. It is a very spacious & gracious home with a gorgeous master suite. Thank you so much for allowing our family (including our dog) to have such a lovely week at your home.
