Had a fantastic time. The photos of the view from the living room and deck just don't do it justice. It's beautiful. The cool breezes off the water feel great. There's a really nice beach for walking/swimming. Can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I've has the pleasure of staying at this house the last two summers (a week each time.) The house is the perfect setting- perched high enough to gain spectacluar views of the water and Sag Harbor in the distance. Personal dock and a 30 second (or less) walk to the private beach. Few neighbors, very cozy and quiet. The house also provides quit a bit- having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge bonus, the hottub is spectacular (fits about 5-6) and is located in the excercise room just off the porch. Large screen TV in a very large living room/dining area. Quick walk to South Ferry. Owner is easy to work with. Hope to go there every year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.
