Enjoy the wildlife, harbor seals, birds, game fish, and deer along with the wonders of nature that can be found along the oceans edge and sandy beaches.
Slip into paradise and rest overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Seal Cove. Enjoy the peaceful sunsets and picturesque views as you relax from your deck and pleasantly landscaped yard located at this private home. Listen to the waves as they wash against the fieldstone terrace, listen to the birds and watch the occasional lobster boats work in this picturesque area. Step down from your backyard to your beautiful, private, white sandy beaches. Enjoy the evening outdoors, barbecue or build a fire in the outdoor fireplace under the stars and enjoy the crisp clean sea air as you feel your body and mind rejuvenate at this restorative space.
Accommodations; traditional, cape-style home enjoy two large spacious bedrooms located on the second floor overlooking the ocean, with a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds and both are nicely furnished. The master bedroom located on the first floor has a king-size bed and full bath. The kitchen overlooks the ocean and is fully applianced and equipped. The full laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen on the first floor. The dining and living room are off the kitchen overlooking the ocean. Step through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the oceanfront deck, magnificent sunsets, or a raging nor-easter. The basement walks out to a wonderful covered brick terrace where you can relax after a run on the treadmill or a ride on the exercise bike. There is a one car garage and space for four vehicles in the driveway as well as street parking. For the fisherman bring your favorite pole and fish from your backyard! There are stripers, bluefish, and a variety of others depending on the season.
