Perched on a spectacular waterfront site with its own private dock and buoy, this home offers a spacious floor plan, a three minute drive to the town of Chelan, and 180 plus degree views. Completed in 2006, this home is beautifully furnished and boasts a wide-open floor plan that was built to maximize its breathtaking views.
The enormous kitchen has a large island bar that seats up to six, and a dining area table that seats ten. Two master suites include large Jacuzzi tubs (both with lake views) and giant private balconies; one master bath offers a spa-style slate-tiled walk-in shower. Descend the sweeping stairs to private waterfront; private dock and buoy newly installed.
The great room offers a gas fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. Cozy up in our TV room, complete with TV, DVD player, and lake views. The large sundeck wraps around the house and includes new gas barbecue. With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this home can accommodate 12 guests comfortably.
There are three queen beds, two bunkbeds (one with lower-bunk double bed), and a new hide-a-bed couch. This is one of the most unique houses on the lake!
