Year Purchased: 1989
We have been coming to Ocean City for over 30 years with our children, friends and other family members. Several guest families have been using our condo for several generations. We have many return visitors from Pa. and Ohio. Our building is very family-oriented and quiet, with several permanent residents in the building year round. Why the Owner Chose Harrington Towers
Suzanne grew up in Maryland and experienced many family vacations at the OC Beach. She has seen OC grow from old hotels on the boardwalk with teenagers rallying around for hootenannies (singalongs with guitars in the 1960's) to the booming, lively resort it has become. This condo is in the old town with great access to all of the fun Suzanne remembers.
Sit and read on the beach ALL DAY! Don't forget the sunscreen.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The ocean is right there for you to watch and enjoy 24/7. Turn off the AC and listen to the pounding waves. Watch the surfers. Sip some coffee on the oceanfront balcony as the morning sun grows bright over the sea. View the exciting lights of Jolly Roger amusement park 2 blocks away on the bayside (too far away to hear the noise). Three great restaurants within a stone's throw of the condo: Coins (great crab cakes), Dunes Manor Victorian Room (try the stuffed shrimp), Billy's Sub Shop (best cheesesteaks and milkshakes in OC!).

The Condo was wonderful! Even better than expected. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with exactly what we needed--including the bikes and chairs. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We parked our car ad did not use it the whole week. The listing photos were completely accurate and the place was well-maintained and extremely clean. We had our anniversary dinner at The Victorian Room in The Dunes Manner next door which had excellent food and excellent service. Also took the bus to Fagers Island and had an excellent dinner, but was on the expensive side. Spicy Steamed Shrimp & french fries at Higgins was great, but not as spicy as we had expected. Since the kitchen was well stocked, it allowed us to cook many dinners in the condo.

great place to stay. always clean when we arrive. great location. bathrooms renovated this yr. new fridge. miss the entertainment center. stereo/cable components stacked on top of stereo speakers. think tv was hung on wall too high. been staying here 9 yrs and looking forward to yr 10.

This place is exceptional!! Very clean and well cared for. It has everything you would possibly want when in OC. Ocean Front, Pool, Steps to the beach, next to boardwalk, easy access to everything. You can park your car and not even need it for the week. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very Nice Oceanfront Rental

This was a great oceanfront condo, well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. Located just 1 block off the boardwalk within walking distance to just about anywhere you would want to go and the bicycles were a bonus to have as well. Close, easy beach access made if nice for caring your beach gear, some chairs and an unbrella were also included in the rental. The only thing we would like to have had was for the swimming pool to be opened a little later, it closed at 6 PM but this is not the onwers responsibility and with all of the positives for this property we were ok with it. The rental agent and owner were great people to work with in securing the rental and very quick at responding to any questions. We would love to rent this property again and would recomend to others!
