This luxury flat off San Mark Square is composed by 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one twin, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which en suite, 2 living rooms and a large dining area with a table that can host up to 10 persons. This apartment has air conditioning, Internet, Cable TV (SKY) and it has been restored and furnished in 2011. The canal view is on a canal that goes into the “Bacino of San Marco” and the other flat’s windows face the inside private court with a pozzo.
The apartment is on a high first floor and the raftered ceiling is of more than a 4mt high. The pavement is in parquet or Venetian marble (terrazzo alla Veneziana).

The accommodations in Venice were the best of our three week trip through Italy, and Marco was professional and knowledgeable. His command of the English language (as well as several others) also helped us in our travels. The apartment was in pristine condition and so quiet, just a few steps from the crowds on the waterfront. The location was extremely convenient for all of our site seeing and exploration of the city and other islands. What a wonderful apartment with all the amenities and LOTS of space. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the quality of the equipment. And the situation was the best: the front door lead to the plaza along the Bay of San Marco but the apartment is far enough from the front so that you dont have the street noise. we spent 4 nights at this wonderful place and were not disappointed. the apartment looks even better than on the pictures, very comfy and clean. Marco was most helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and at home. the location of the house is perfect, so beautiful and close to everything tourists want to see. the only inconvenience in the apartment was the lack of a shower in the bathroom attached to the largest room that sleeps 4, but we worked around it.I strongly recommend this apartment . if we ever come to Venice again, we are staying there! than you, Marco!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This apartment was of a very high standard, well furnished and comfortable. The check in was very good and Marco also was helpful with many suggestions for places to eat and visit. This is a newly renovated apartment with clean lines, centrally located to the main tourists spots in Venice and was an excellent place to seek refuge from the huh,hub of Venice's heat and people, in the middle of the day. The managers were keen for our feedback on any improvements and will now increase the amount of cooking utensils provided in the kitchen. We would stay there again if we returned to Venice.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé et reposant. Le conditionnement d'air est le bienvenu lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Bien situé, à 3 ponts de la place Saint-Marc et à quelques mètres des arrêts du vaporetto, il est facile et agréable de rentrer le midi pour prendre un peu de repos. Mais le plus appréciable est l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire Marco qui nous a fourni adresses et conseils et réservé le taxi depuis et vers l'aéroport. En quelques mots, parfait pour un séjour agréable à Venise !Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+.
