We love it at Mt. Shadows. This is probably the 6th time we have stayed. Francine has made a home away from h ome for visitors. The fans kept it cool this hot 4th July. Dinner last night on the deck, and such a quiet complex. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Frank and Roberta

We were all surprised by the availability of every conceivable amenity in your home. The weather was gorgeous and we had the best time. I would not hesitate to recommend your unit to our friends and we will keep it on our short list for future reference. Tom Lxxch

From: "Margareta Lidskog" Subject: Thank you! Date: Wed, 3 Jul 2002 18:37:07 -0400 Dear Francine, We had an excellent stay in your condo in Incline! We loved the condo and found it very well equipped. It was thoughtful of you to call and inquire. In all the years we have rented in Incline (9 years), we have not found a condo as thoughtfully equipped as yours. They usually contain the bare necessities. For instance, it's rare to find a TV with a VCR in each bedroom, paper cups in all bathrooms, already paid for access cards to the beach (there are three cards left with only a few holes punctured), extra tissue and paper towels, plastic bags, condiments in the refrigerator, some detergent, phones in all rooms, etc. Your binder with restaurants was very helpful. I have never seen so many towels in a rented condo!! Your condo has a very cozy and homelike feel to it. We would love to rent it again. Our children came up from LA over the weekend and they also liked the condo. We did so much fantastic hiking that we didn't even find time to look for the pool or go to the Incline beach. We hiked over 50 miles, 10-12 miles a day, and climbed some 13,000 feet!! I'm exhausted just writing it! The weather was spectacular the entire week. We went to our beloved Sand Harbor beach for the yearly dives and jumps off the rocks. I wish the Shakespeare festival had begun during our stay since that's a favorite of mine.Other favorites are a lunch or dinner at Sunnyside, a hamburger at (the new) Bridgetender, and doing the high ropes course at North Star. We never made it to the Rodeo in Reno, the third largest in the country, even though we intended to. After the wonderfully clean air and perfect temperature on the Lake, it was hard to return to Boston with 95 degrees of heat and terrible humidity. Probably similar to what you have in Miami right now. Also, thank you for sending the keys early. Again, thank you for providing such an excellent condo. We will most likely contact you again next summer. We still have many trails to explore in the area and golf courses for my husband to play on. Sincerely, Margareta Lidskog

We had a wonderful time during our week there. Everything was in good order at the condo. We had a beautiful snow storm during the week and the area was spectacular. All our skiing was confined to Diamond Peak. We even took snow board lessons (great bargain) and had a ball. Anyway, thanks again and I hope to be able to return some day. Jim Johnson

From: "Sandra S. Kuebler" To: Francine Tegzes Date: Thu, 4 Jan 2001 12:26:05 -0500 Subject: Tahoe Thank you so much for renting us your condo. We really enjoyed our stay even though much of the recreation was on the golf course and not skiing as we had planned. That's ok too. The accomodations were perfect for us (roomy, comfortable and well equipped). I also appreciate your offer for us to stay an additional night since the weather looked ominous in the northeast. As it turned out, all our flights were on time and we arrived safely home at 11:30 PM Sunday night to celebrate the New Year at the Abany Airport luggage carousel! I do apologize for one thing, we mistakedly took one of the set of keys to your condo with us which I will send back to you tomorrow. Thank you!

from: "reberad" to: "francine e. Tegzes" subject: re: mountain shadows #105 winter date: wed, 1 nov 2000 10:33:29 -0500 hi francine, dean & I had a great time staying in your condo. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We hiked up to three gorgeous lakes on the lac leven trail. We got the hike out of your book and it is a good one. The book's directions were outdated so we made some corrections for future hikers. Our time went too fast...sunday was very windy 9 degree chill factor so we shopped truckee and drove around the lake stopping to explore different areas. The next 2 days we spent hiking since the weather was gorgeous. Your bike rack was never used so it is safely stored under the bed in the middle bedroom and the keys were left on the dining room table. Incline village is a beautiful area, one to which we would like to return. Thanks. Ann

We wanted you to know how very much we enjoyed our stay at incline village and in particular our stay in your condo. It made our anniversary just so very special...a time we shall never forget. Your place is absolutely wonderful and had everything we could have wanted or needed to make our stay enjoyable. I am quite certain we are echoing everyone else who stays there but we wanted you to hear it from us personally. Thank you, again, for all you did to make our stay so wonderful.
