Paradise by the Sea offers this lovely condominium at North Coast Village San Diego County. Our beautiful and tropical complex is the only such complex in Southern California that sits right on the BEACH.
This condo has a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony, it has 2 master suites on the same floor, a king size bed, queen and a twin in the 2nd master and a queen sofa sleeper, it is also economical, as well as fully equipped with all of your beach and other needs in mind. The grounds at North Coast Village are groomed to perfection and you will love the Koi ponds that sit beneath the lovely stilted homeowners office. There are small streams and ponds throughout the complex and it truly feels as though you are in a 'TROPICAL' paradise.
You can relax at the pool or take long walks on the beautifully maintained Oceanside beaches. Oceanside also offers our weekly Farmers Market where you can pick up fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish, as well as homemade tamales and salsa.
There are often concerts on the beach with many different venues. Drop by (or e-mail) our City of Oceanside 'Chamber of Commerce' and pick up lots of information for your vacation. The volunteer staff there are friendly and most helpful, I too have been a member for years, and love their services.
All of my condominiums have been remodeled in recent years and are top of the line. I have something for every family.

We had an excellent time in San Diego staying right next to the beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable and you can't beat the location! The only complaint I have at all is that there was no air conditioning! We got to the condo late (about 11:30pm), signed in and went to the room. When we opened the door it felt like 90 degrees in there. None of the windows were open (understandable in case of rain), and I then spent half an hour searching for a thermostat before calling the property manager (which told me there was no reprieve). We opened all the windows and kept them that way for the duration of our trip and the following nights were great!Owner response: Hi Justin, I am so sorry we did not have the windows and sliders open, we normally open all of them in the summer since it is hot. I think because you checked in on Friday my crew forgot to open them as Saturday is the normal check in, so my apologies (and thier's too lol). I am sorry if you thought we had AC, I do have it on all of my websites, so that everyone knows before booking, but glad it didn't hinder your stay. We did in fact have a particulary HOT HOT summer. I have lived here for 35 yrs and have never experienced what we did this summer. Hope I don't for another 35 yrs! We three senior ladies loved our week stay in this unit. It was furnished with everything we could want and was in immaculate condition. The secure underground parking was easily accessible. We loved the beachwalk and the grounds at North Coast Village. Absolutely no complaints about the unit...just the weather. Warm but a constant cloud cover hiding the sun.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I am sorry about the clouds, I always laugh (not in a mean way of course) when people come from Portland (where I am also from) and it rains or is cloudy at the most unlikely time of year. My girlfriend just came down from Portland this past week and had never been to California, the day before she came I was on the phone with her and it was 80 degrees at 5:00 p.m. The next morning when she arrived it looked like winter in Portland and stayed that way for the next 4 days, we even took her way inland (east) where is it normally 100 degrees this time of year and same thing.... so of course we blamed her for bringing it from Oregon, LOL. The day before she left the sun came out and 80 degrees as well as the next morning when she had to fly home, it has been that way every since. This week is going to be in the 80's as well. After 30 yrs being here I have never seen anything like this here in October. Oh well, you will just have to come back again, We have had 80 degree weather on Christmas day for the past 2 years. Yes, some think that it is a little strange coming from the Northwest, but we really love it. Well thanks for leaving the condo in immaculate condition and the review, I would love to have you back any time. Just call the day before to check the weather forecast...HA HA. We loved our experience here and hope to return again sometime. The location was awesome for my young kids - 3, 4 & 8, because all you had to do was cross the "no-cars" street and you were on the beach. The elevator allowed for easy use as well. I also appreciated the covered parking. There were two pools and hottubs on the property and that was nice since my kiddos were really too small to truly swim in the ocean. The unit was clean and we all slept well. I have passed this place on to several friends who want to do a beach vacation in California.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About: I retired from 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service for something to do part time. After a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village while she went on vacation. After seeing the complex and the possibilities, plus the need for a good cleaning service, I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients had been encouraging me to handle their bookings too, I decided to start as a full time rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in.
Why North Coast Village:
Oceanside is up and coming and have some of the cleanest beaches in San Diego County, you will love North Coat Village, as it is the nicest complex/resort I have ever experienced in all of my worldly travels. :) Come visit and let me know show you a wonderful vacation!

All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!
