Why the Owner Chose Greers Ferry
We were searching for a weekend lake getaway when we found this new home. The moment we walked into it, we instantly said, "This Is The One!" This house and this lake is our heaven on Earth! There is truly something magical about the water that transforms us every time we're there! The open, A-frame style of the house, with all the windows facing the lake, brings the outdoor beauty into the living room. The deck is 15 feet deep and as wide as the house making outdoor grilling and entertaining easy.
It sits on over an acre of land, filled with pine trees, which reminds us of growing up in the Pacific Northwest. Plus, the location on the lake couldn't be better!! It is in a quiet cove so swimming is peaceful and private. Even water skiing and tubing is possible. Or, pop out of the cove a stone's throw and head over to Eden Isle by boat for dinner! Being on this side of the lake makes the driving to/from Conway, Memphis, and Little Rock much faster.
