This 2 story newly renovated Hilton Head Cabana Villa is located in the heart of Hilton Head's South Forest Beach area. It is situated between Coligny Plaza and Harbortown right in the middle of the Islands dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreational activities. All ages can enjoy the many opportunities that Hilton Head has to offer, whether you just want to relax and read a book on the beach or visit the water park down the street.
This unit is located directly across the street from the beach. It is a straight two to three minute walk to the beach without having to walk through bushes and trees. The unit also has a large pool located directly out the back door. It is perfect for adults and children because there is a large "kiddy" pool also. The pool is surrounded with palm trees and has plenty of chairs for laying out in the sun. It is also a nice area to have a picnic.
There are many other options other than the beach of course. Golf and tennis are major attractions on the island and are just a short walk away. There are over 50 golf courses on the Island for all levels of players to enjoy. Restaurants, cafes, bars, miniature golf, sightseeing, and shopping are also within walking distance. Don't forget to check out the water park or go for an "alligator adventure." Coligny Plaza is only a short walk away. Coligny offers a vast array of shopping and dining as well as a grocery store.
The condominium has recently been renovated and has brand new tile flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and new furniture. The kitchen is a full use kitchen and has all appliances, pots, pans, plates, and silver ware needed for a full meal.
