Grandview East at Longbeach is a new Condo right on the Panama City Beach, and right in the center of all the action.
Enjoy your vacation in this brand new three bedroom condo on the ninth floor, high enough to enjoy the great views and surf sounds without street noise.
The Condo is professionally decorated in a Tommy Bahama theme, creating a warm, spacious environment for your vacation stay. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath with whirlpool tub. The second room has a queen bed. The surfer-themed kids room has bunk beds. The living room also has a sofa bed.
All rooms have TVs and DVD players. The living room has a full home theatre with plasma TV, and the kids room has an Xbox with games.
You’ll want to spend lots of time on the oversized balcony watching the ocean or the stars. Since Grandview East sits closer to the sand than neighboring properties, you get unobstructed views up and down the beach.
The Condo is fully stocked, including linens, towels, cooking utensils, plates and silver, coffee machine, microwave, and stereo. Stores and restaurants are all located nearby, as are amusement parks, golf, and movie theatres.

We recently stayed at this condo and found everything as described. The unit is clean and nicely furnished. The exercise room and heated pool are well maintained. It is on the beach with a great view with wonderful sunsets. The building is kept clean and the entry is controlled. We found everyone to be friendly and helpgul. The owner and the superintendant are easy to contact. Definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car.

This condo was beautiful! Pictures are very accurate and the beds were super comfortable. The view is spectacular, right on the beach. Location is great, near everything and anything. I already booked it for my vacation this summer!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
