This 13 acre island commands views down the length of Buzzards Bay to Cape Cod, Woods Hole and the Elizabeth Islands. The one bedroom guest house shares the island with our family home.

The fully furnished house has additional sleeping loft and hide-a-bed. It could sleep a maximum of three couples, or a small family. Open cedar paneled ceilings in the living and bedroom draw the views and summer breezes inside.

The kitchen/dining area has a cathedral ceiling. Watch ospreys fish and the sun rise from your bed, breakfast table and couch. Oyster catchers nest on the beach and terns dive. Cast for striped bass off the beach. A birdwatcher’s and fisherman’s paradise.

We ferry you to the island by a short boat ride from our mainland dock as needed (prior arrangement between 10PM and 7AM). Keep a whaler on the island dock, and sailboats on the beach or a mooring in the lee of the island.

Leave the weight of the world behind you as you walk up the causeway across a series of salt marshes. Enjoy the ancient cedar trees, watch the ever changing tides and wildlife, and swim in the in-ground gunite pool. Come share our paradise to sail, kayak, play, make music, write, paint, swim, or simply recuperate. You can telecommute if you have to also.....
